Charming 130m2 house with capacity for 5 people and 3 bedrooms located on a 5000m2 plot of land a short distance from the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops and bars. Also very close is the famous Las Dalias market. Within walking distance you can enjoy the wonderful northern beaches such as Aguas Blancas.

This typical Ibizan style house has a single floor with different heights, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.

The house has:

- Fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine and open to the living-dining room.
- Living-dining room with air conditioning, television and stove, direct access to the pool area.
- Master bedroom with double bed 150 x 200cm and bathroom with shower en suite. Air conditioning in the bathroom.
- Bedroom with two single beds, independent access and air conditioning.
- Bedroom with single bed (90x180 cm).
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- Large exterior with 5 x 6m pool, sun loungers, covered outdoor dining area, portable charcoal barbecue and beautiful gardens full of plants.

The single bedroom is connected to the bedroom that has 2 single beds and these two bedrooms share the bathroom with shower.

It also has an alarm, cot and high chair, and the possibility of adding an extra bed upon prior request.

A lovely place to stay.

Very nice house for four people. Location and position - excellent. Everything worked well. We loved it. Reasonably expensive for four people as the third bedroom room is only suitable for a child.

Un Paradis!

La villa est magnifique! La vue amazing et l’emplacement idéal pour le repos! Situé proche d’un petit village typique adorable! La villa est spacieuse, pratique, bien décoré avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien! Merci au propriétaire! Honnêtement? Rien!

Everything really. Villa much bigger than expected. Great location. Susana was lovely and really helpful. Rewrite villa notes - for example on one page it says there is no alarm and then on another it gives alarm instructions! Would be good to have a document of things to do, places to go, where the local supermarket / pharmacy / etc is. Bedroom with double bed gets quite hot - odd location for aircon in bathroom? Maybe move it to bedroom?
