This new property is located in an unrivalled position with breath taking views of the whole of the Pollensa bay and the mountains behind. It is only a 6 minute easy walk from the famous pine walk with its many restaurants, beaches and shops.
It is a fantastic location.
The villa has an unusually large pool plus a heated Jacuzzi and large enclosed gardens. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom also has an adjoining room which could accommodate a baby or young child.
There is a very well equipped kitchen, a dining room and lounge all with sea views. The villa also has a large games room with a pool table, satellite TV with PS4 and DVD player
There is a large outside dinning terrace with 2 Weber BBQ’s (gas and charcoal)plus an outside lounge style sitting area.
In addition there is a spacious roof terrace with stunning 360 degree views
