Please follow the local health instructions at all time during your stay.Located in the residential area of Llenaire, this Mallorcan style house enjoys all the modern facilities for a relaxing time in Puerto Pollensa. Ideally located for a Golf, Cycling or family Beach holiday!
The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with full bathroom, a very spacious kitchen with dining table, laundry room and a grand living room which opens to a covered terrace. Upstairs is distributed into the main bedroom and 2 double bedrooms with a fully equipped bathroom each.
The garden has a large swimming pool and a covered BBQ area.

Well-positioned and very practical villa, nice quiet area but walkable to the far southern end of Puerto Pollensa beach. Good air-con, good sized bedrooms and nice modern en-suite bathrooms. Decent and handy kitchen.Could do with some larger glasses for drinks, better chefs knives and barbecue tongs/implements - there were none.Very helpful and friendly owner's family and pool man/gardener. We'd certainly come again!

Villa in Port de Pollença

Loved our time in this villa so much hoping to rebook next year. Everything was just as we had hoped and better. A bit of a walk to the main port but not a deal breaker as flat and plenty of shops and restaurants locally. We did hire a car, can’t wait to go back.

Relaxing holiday

The villa is fabulous, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool is a good size and the garden surrounding is well maintained. We loved being so close to Llenaire! Constanza was very helpful whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent property with great pool

This is the second time we have stayed in this property as a family of four. It has loads of room and nice large spaces. The pool is excellent size and great bbq with entertainment space. Constanza was a fantastic host and very responsive, looked after us perfectly. Thank you!

Lovely villa, ideally located

The villa is a very good size, extremely well equipped and has a lovely back garden, with a good sized swimming pool (which our children lived in for the week!). The villa is also very handily located only a short walk from the main beach. Frederik, the property's manager, was very helpful and ready to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in due course!

Wonderful villa

We had 12 days in this villa and we could not have asked for more. The villa provided generous accommodation for us all, it was clean, tidy and up together. The location was perfect for us, we could easily walk into town for meals in the evening, but was beautifully peaceful. There was some traffic noise, but this didn’t bother us in the slightest. Porta Pollecna is a beautiful resort and well placed for exploring the wider area. We had a hire car which made this easy, there is so much to see and do within a 20 minute drive. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect villa, perfect location

We stayed here for two weeks and it became our home away from home where we could truly relax. A spacious villa with everything you will need inside. Outside though is where this place really shines; the pool area is one of the nicest I’ve experienced with a great pool and beautiful mature garden, the kids loved playing there throughout our time. Constanza was always on hand to help with any issues or questions throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this villa enough and will certainly book again when we visit Port de Pollenca.

Amazing!

We booked last minute as our original property let us down. I’m so glad that it did! The villa is in a lovely location and a short flat walk to the sea. We got cabs into the port area, but walked home after. Only hired a car to go further afield.The villa itself is so incredibly spacious and the pool and garden areas are really well kept with someone who regularly cleans the pool. There’s a soft seating area which we used quite a lot.All the rooms have air con and the kitchen is very big with all the crockery and equipment that you need! It even has mugs which, if you are British, you’ll understand is really handy! The bedrooms all have modern en-suites and lots of wardrobe space and drawers with plenty of hangers.The communication with the host was great with very quick response times. This villa exceeded our expectations and we all agreed was value for money.Hope to come back again soon!!

Fantastic villa in a superb location

I stayed with my family in August for 10 days and we had a lovely holiday. Communication with Luciana before the holiday was great. Check in process was very simple and when we needed help, Luciana was very efficient in getting someone to the villa to fix the issue. 4* for listing accuracy is down to the fact it has 4 bathrooms, not 2 so it was a very nice surprise! The accommodation is spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and utility are well equipped. Outside is fantastic, around the pool and the bbq area is where we spent most of our time. I would say there isn’t a huge amount of shade for those who don’t t like the sun, but only on the hottest days did this bother us. Would recommend for families as the walk into Puerto de Pollensa along the front is very pleasant. Nearest shop is about an 8 min walk as is the nearest beach and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The Green/Ager family vacation

Overall excellent. However, there was no file of information about the property or the local area. We had to discover the WiFI code ourselves which was on a scrap of paper in a cupboard under some books! The check-in lady was less than helpful in this regard. No file of information about the local area such as good restaurants, places to visit, taxi or emergency services etc. Within the first day we were without hot water then without ANY water for 24 hours (but Constanza was very good in getting it sorted asap). Ceiling fans in the patio and gazebo areas would be a real benefit to future guests….. or at the very least a good floor standing electric fan to cool the outside dining area. The one available is only fit for the dump! Some free-standing pool sun umbrellas (6) would be helpful to provide shade around the loungers. Overall, an excellent location, very well kept, very clean and Constanza could not have been more helpful. The pool and garden maintenance was excellent. Would be happy to book again.
