About this property

Two floor building at Pelion mountain with view of Aegean Sea and Sporades.

The vilage Kissos is located 37 Km (1 hour) away from Volos. It is at east side of Pelion mountain and the elevation is 500 m.
First floor includes three 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and an additional small bathroom. There is 40" TV set in main bedroom.
Using an Internal (or an external) staircase you go to the second floor.
Second floor includes kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, a 40" TV set and a 3m*4m veranda.
Main entrance is from second floor but there is another entrance at First floor.
Near main entrance there is a Parking place for two 2 cars.
Outside 1st floor there is a terrace (about 100 sq. m) with stone at floor and a barbeque and an old style oven.
and another 250 sq m ground with a variety of trees and flowers like apple trees, cherry trees peach trees fig tree and more.
