This is a detached farmhouse close to the Welsh town of Rhayader that can sleep ten people in six bedrooms.

Oakwood House is a detached farmhouse set near to Rhayader in Wales. It has six bedrooms comprising of a super king size zip/link, a double with an en-suite, another double, a twin zip/link and two single rooms, there is also a family bathroom, a Jack and Jill bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside you can find a kitchen diner, a sitting room, a snug and a snooker room as well as a utility. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn area and a terrace with furniture and a hot tub. Oakwood House is a stunning cottage in a wonderful part of Wales.

Electric AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WIFI, selection of books and DVDs, Cot x2, Highchair x2. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garage, off road parking for 2 cars.Front enclosed garden and BBQ on request. Rear lawn and terrace with furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.Please note: There is an 11 PM noise curfew at this property. just amazing

the house is just stunning , there is plenty of room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are just great. The only thing i would say is take fly spray, but the owners had supplied a spay aswell. I would love to go there again .
