About this property

Lovely small villa inside a residence, on two floors.
Perfect for a family of 4-5, at literally 100 meters from the beach and the beautiful port of Ottiolu. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants in walking distance as well.
The house, with covered private car park, has a front patio perfect for dining, living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed on the ground floor. The back patio has an additional external shower and a large barbecue.
On the first floor, a large double bedroom, another bathroom and a small bedroom.
Air conditioning on both floors, washing machine, satellite TV.
Final cleaning to be paid locally, 80€ per stay.
Towels and linens available if needed, 16€ per person per set (8€ towels, 8€ linens).

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a fine agosto , in questa Graziosa villetta sita in un bellissimo residence , 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Porto Ottiolu e dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e finissima . Dotato di tutte le comodita', pulito ed arredato con gusto…posto auto coperto compreso .. il signor Eugenio è stato molto gentile e disponibile in caso di necessità. Se avete intenzione di passare una vacanza in completo relax e sentirvi come a casa..questa è la scelta giusta! Grazie per aver reso agevole e confortevole la nostra permanenza.

casa e host promossi a pieni voti!

accomodation adatta per chi desidera tranquillità, comodità e allo stesso tempo facilità di accesso a spiagge, negozi, ristoranti. La casa è funzionale per una famiglia con figli che al piano terra possono disporre della propria stanza con letti a castello e di un bagno completo di doccia. Anche nelle giornate più calde (intorno ai 30°), l'alloggio si è mantenuto fresco e ventilato, soprattutto la notte. (utilizzata l'aria condizionata qualche ora solo l'ultimo giorno) La veranda, riparata dal sole, è perfetta per colazioni, pranzi e cene. Il box è un valore aggiunto che consente di avere l'auto sempre protetta e fresca. L'host Eugenio, che ringraziamo di cuore, ci ha assistito per ogni necessità e ci ha fornito consigli utili per la buona riuscita del nostro soggiorno.

Fantastico

La casa, su due piani, è accessoriata di tutto. E' pulita e sicura anche per bambini piccoli. E' presente anche un cancelletto di protezione per la scala. Doccia esterna comoda per il rientro dalla spiaggia e due bagni: uno per piano. Posizione ottimale per la spiaggia (5' a piedi) e per il porto. Eugenio disponibile ed attento a tutto. E'un stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Perfetto!

Siamo stati benissimo. La posizione èottima, il mare a pochi passi perfetto anche per bambini che non sanno nuotare con sicurezza. La casa ha davvero tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Grazie a Eugenio e Augusta per la disponibilità! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Meer, wo auch nicht-Schwimmer-Kinder problemlos Spaß haben können. Im Haus findet man wirklich alles was man brauchen kann. Vielen dank an Eugenio und Augusta für die Unterstützung!
