The house is located in San Teodoro in the Miriacheddu village, very quiet. Less than a kilometer from the village, a few minutes from the beach, it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
It is spread over two floors, consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, large veranda overlooking a large 300m2 garden, outdoor shower, is equipped with wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Located in an ideal geographical context, close to many tourist locations and wonderful beaches.
Large free parking available in front of the house.

Schönes Haus, aber nicht wie beschrieben

Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Leider ist das Haus nicht wie in der Buchung beschrieben. Es gab keinen Wirlpool. Die unteren 2 Schlafzimmer sind im Souterrain und wirken sehr ungemütlich durch die hohen Gitterfenster . Es stand nicht in der Anzeige, dass die Zimmer unten mit Kellercharme sind. Die einzige Dusche ist extrem klein und nur für schlanke Menschen geeignet. Leider gab es auch keine kleine Mengen an Spühl- und Waschmittel. FeWo Direkt muss bitte den Inhalt der Anzeige prüfen, da hier das Haus nicht korrekt beschrieben wird.

Casa bellissima. Svegliarsi al mattino e fare colazione guardando il mare vuol dire iniziare bene la giornata. La doccia in giardino è fantastica! Casa grande e confortevole. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e carinissimi. Al ristorante di fronte danno la possibilità di fare da asporto, quindi anche cena facile e veloce! Tutto perfetto. Grazie ai proprietari di tutto. Consigliatissimo

Fantastica casa

La Casa si trova a 15 minuti dalla Spiaggia "Isuledda" e nel tranquillo villaggio di Lu Miriacheddu. Per San Teodoro sono meno di 3km. Consiglio a tutti di nollegiare una macchina dato che a piedi non é possibile andare in paese (scarsa illuminazione). La casa ha una veranda ombreggiate e un bel giardino. E' molto tranquilla. I proprietari sono molto gentili & disponibili. Grazie di nuovo!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig , alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht . Guter Empfang und Einweisung . Ideal für Biker die ab hier ihre Touren machen . Traumstrand , zum laufen in ca. 20min.

Piacevole soggiorno a San Teodoro

Abbiamo passato davvero un ottimo soggiorno (gruppo di amici, una settimana). La casa è ben curata sia all'interno che all'esterno (un bellissimo e ampio giardino circonda la villetta). Sono presenti molte comodità e servizi come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue esterno, doccia esterna. La posizione (località Miriacheddu) è caratterizzata da molta tranquillitá. Per gli spostamenti è vivamente consigliata un'auto o moto, il centro di San Teodoro è raggiungibile a piedi in circa una ventina/trentina di minuti, mentre alcune spiagge come Isuledda anche in 10/15 minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono stati estremamente disponibili e cortesi in ogni momento. Voto più che positivo!

Très jolie petite maison dans petit hameau

Une jolie petite maison sur 2 niveaux idéale pour une famille ou 2 couples d'amis. Située dans un petit hameau tranquille et très bien entretenue prénommé Mariacheddu, elle est à proximité du village de san teodoro et des magnifiques plages de la région. Voiture ou scooter obligatoire. La maison est très très bien entretenue et les propriétaires très accueillants. Sa terrasse et son jardinet sont vraiment très agréables. Et maison fraîche, même si pas climatisée, ce qui dans cette région est un luxe

Tranquillità e comodità

La casa è molto confortevole, fresca e curata in tutte le cose essenziali. La posizione è tranquillissima e il giardino alberato permette di godersi la loggia in tutta tranquillità. Vicino alla casa c'è una pizzeria ristorante davvero di qualità dove è possibile fare anche colazione con paste fresche. E' necessario spostarsi in auto per qualunque necessità perchè il residence è lontano dai centri abitati anche se S.Teodoro si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Per la nostra famiglia questo è un punto di forza perchè il silenzio e la pace del posto sono davvero magnifici ma ripeto che l'auto è necessaria. I proprietari sono persone davvero disponibili e attente. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose. Grazie!!!

"Casa veramente splendida...

"Casa veramente splendida, pulita , attrezzata molto fresca e si trova in una zona tranquilla comunque vicinissima alle spiagge,raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Il giardino è tenuto benissimo, con ogni confort: doccia esterna, e barbecue. Anche se vicina alla strada principale del villaggio la presenza del giardino ben curato, con tanto fresco e spazio, offre molta riservatezza, infatti dalla strada non ci si accorge della sua presenza.I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Voto più che positivo per questa sistemazione"

"La casa, dotata di tutte...

"La casa, dotata di tutte le comodità è inserita nella macchia mediterranea, ha un giardino curato e ombroso ideale per i bambini, con doccia esterna che vale 10 punti!!! ampio portico, dove si può mangiare comodamente. la spiaggia più vicina è quasi caraibica, con presenza di servizi (bar/ombrelloni)molto tranquilla. ottimo soggiorno, ottima accoglienza, massima disponibilità da parte dei proprietari."
