Loft with independent entrance, similar to an apartment. Quite spacious.
Very spacious room with game / work table, open to a properly equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle, iron and vacuum cleaner.
2 very spacious rooms equipped with a double bed.
For couples with children we can provide a cot and high chair.
Bathroom to support the house.
In support of the house there is a green area reserved for guests, with chairs, table and umbrella.

Apartment is just in the center of the city and parking is near the house. The apartment is very large, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Leticia is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend staying in this wonderful place!

We enjoyed this place ! It was located near the center! Very quiet and with the little garden it was perfect! Tiago and Lætitia were nice and explain us everything of their island! Thank you

Ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Die Ferienwohnung befand sich im Dachgeschoss eines höher gelegenen Hauses im Zentrum von Angra de Heroismus. Sie ist groß und geräumig. Wir waren zu dritt und konnten uns total ausbreiten. Die sehr netten Vermieter schickten uns eine genaue Wegbeschreibung, wie wir vom Flughafen zum Haus gelangen konnten. Dort angekommen wurden wir freundlichst empfangen und uns wurden diverse Vorschläge unterbreitet, was wir unternehmen konnten. Am tollsten empfanden wir den Ausblick aus den Fenstern der Wohnung, welcher uns einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt, den Hafen und das Meer ermöglichte. Ebenfalls toll war, dass wir unmittelbar vor dem großen Grundstück, auf dem sich das Haus in einem schönen Garten befindet, parken konnten und sich ganz in der Nähe ein zentraler Platz mit einem tollen Kiosk befindet an dem man Essen und Trinken konnte. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

A descoberta de Angra e Terceira que vale mesmo!

A casa deslumbra pelo vista e pela excelente localização. Aquilo que se vê eu não vou descrever porque corta a surpresa. A casa está equipada com tudo o que necessitamos e a sua localização é excelente: fica a poucos minutos dos principais pontos de atracção de Angra. A Letícia e o Tiago recebem muito bem e fornecem indicações fundamentais sobre as tradições da Terceira. Aconselhamos vivamente a casa! Já temos Saudades.
