BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH
This restored country house is the highest residence of the village of Pomoshtitsa. From this hill, the view on the surrounding area is breathtaking and unmatched.
The site consists of 2 separate, fully restored houses, each with its own living area with lounge, kitchen and dining area and connected by the gatehouse.
The listed rental rates are for the entire entity with both homes.
There are a total of 8 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with walk-in showers: enough to accommodate 14 people comfortably.
The giant terrace is bordered by a beautiful wall built of ancient Roman stones. On the terrace there is a newly constructed swimming pool of 10m x 6m.
The complex is equipped with all modern conveniences such as wifi / wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, sun loungers, covered outdoor terrace, barbecue, games room with table tennis and billiards, etc
At 22 km in Razgrad you will find numerous cozy restaurants, the fresh market every day and of course some supermarkets, next to small Bulgarian shops where a quest can start for the authentic ground pots. The Roman excavations "Abritus" are sure to be discovered.
The wide area offers numerous tourist attractions such as Ivanovo's rocks, the towns of Rousse (also called Little Vienna) and Veliko Tarnovo as well as the Targoviste wine region towards Shoumen, a city with many medieval trails. Varna - at 120 km - is the main seaside resort with a beautiful old town area.

We are truly surprised and disappointed by this review, which appears intentionally damaging and does not reflect reality in any way.
As the owners, we take great pride in this property and stay there ourselves every year. The house is well-maintained, regularly inspected, and offers a charming and authentic experience to our many satisfied guests.
Just last year, we invested over €20,000 in renovations and improvements:
– All rooms were freshly repainted
– New curtains were installed throughout
– General maintenance and upgrades were carried out to ensure comfort and safety
Many of the claims made in this review are either entirely false or grossly exaggerated. We have never received similar feedback, and we consistently strive to provide a clean, welcoming, and well-equipped environment. Cleanliness, safety, and responsive communication are priorities we take seriously.
We regret that this guest chose not to contact us constructively during their stay, and instead opted to publish a misleading and hostile review. Fortunately, our regular guests know and appreciate the true value and character of this beautiful home.

Oase van rust
We verbleven reeds tweemaal in deze riante villa (zomer 2013 en 2014) gelegen op veruit de mooiste locatie van het dorp Pomoshtitsa. Op amper 9 h van Gent (België) kom je terecht in een andere cultuur, mooie natuur en een oase van rust. De villa bevindt zich op de top van een zuiderhelling, wat garant staat voor de ganse dag zon en een wondermooi vergezicht. De keuken(s) zijn goed ingericht. Per 1 of 2 slaapkamers is er een mooie gerieflijke badkamer, elk met een ruime inloopdouche. De verschillende woonentiteiten omsluiten een groot terras met zwembad. Voor zonnekloppers en waterratten een echt paradijs. Men kan ook de schaduw opzoeken onder oude hoogstam fruitbomen of onder 2 patio’s.
Men heeft het gevoel zich “in the middle of nowhere” te bevinden, maar toch is men maar een half uurtje rijden naar een bruisend stadje Razgrad met leuke terrasjes, grote warenhuizen en tal van restaurantjes.
Voor mensen die houden van zon, rust en natuur in combinatie met eens lekker en goedkoop uit eten is deze villa een echte aanrader!

Vacantie woning
Prachtige locatie,met alle confort,groot zwembad .het huis is ook met veel charme ingericht.Een echte aanrader om een ideale vacantie door te brengen met familie of vrienden.

Prachtig vakantiehuis in ongerept stuk Bulgarije

Het dorpje Pomoshtitsa is inderdaad rustig gelegen en niet echt een toeristische trekpleister: momenteel zijn er een 10-tal vakantiewoningen van Belgen in het dorpje. Heel wat toeristische attracties liggen echter op minder dan een half uur rijden. In het nabijgelegen dorpje Sadina organiseert een Belgisch koppel tal van activiteiten: huifkarrentochten, birdwatching, Bulgaars koken, BBQ in de natuur, bezoeken aan beschermde kloosters (Unesco erfgoed)

Wij komen elk jaar terug !
Het was reeds ons 4e verblijf in The Three Brothers House in Pomoshtitsa. Prachtige omgeving, heel kalm en rustig. Mooi vakantie huis met veel ruimte. Mogelijkheid om met verschillende families te verblijven en toch onafhankelijk te zijn (cf meerdere badkamers en keuken, salon). Eigenaars doen alles opdat het verblijf zo goed mogelijk verloopt ! Prachtig zwembad en heel nuttig want mooi warm in de zomer met veel zon zoals op de Cote d'Azur ;-) Buiten eten 's morgens 's middags en 's avonds ... Auto huren is wel nodig. Het huis is in het midden van de Bulgaarse campagne waar je nog paarden en karren ziet, maar op 20 minuten heb je alle comfort met het stadje Razgrad en zijn winkels, restaurants en lounge bars en groot warenhuizen. Exploreer de vele aarde wegen met mountain bike rond het huis en ontdek de kalmte en mooie uitzichten van de Bulgaarse campagne ! Feesten kan ook want geen buren ;-)

Huur van wagen kan via eigenaar geregeld worden en is in Bulgarije helemaal niet duur (gemiddeld 200 euro per week).
