Breathtaking sea views and not to mention the shimmering heated infinity pool you’ll just want to dive straight into – this is why we fell in love with our villa, Mas d'Yeuse.

Stylish yet practical, it is suitable for couples or friends looking to holiday together, as well as family getaways.

With well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen and dinning facilities, you can’t fail to enjoy shared meals together. Inside, the lofty living room has an authentic Provencal fireplace and comfy sofas. Free high speed wifi and internet tv will keep you entertained and those that wish can stay connected.

Five double bedrooms, on three different levels, ensure privacy for everyone. You’ll sink into crisp white sheets and comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep.

From fresh towels to soap and shampoo, they’ll all be waiting for you on arrival. Two out of our four bathrooms have been newly renovated with Italian walk in showers and lux shower ware. The other two have bathtubs and over-head showers.

Thirty minutes from Nice Airport, Mas d'Yeuse is ideally situated between Provence and the Cote d'Azur. This makes it perfectly placed for you to enjoy the understated beauty of the countryside and the glamour of Cannes, Nice and St Tropez.

There are plenty of beaches nearby to relax and admire the palatial yachts, from well-equipped stretches to more secluded coves. Yet a scenic 20-minute drive will take you to idyllic perched villages where you can wandered cobbled streets and peruse local markets. Why not get a flavour for the region by tasting local wines at nearby vineyards. Or even create your own signature perfume at a world-renown perfumerie in Grasse.

If you’re looking for glitz, the bright lights and sophisticated surroundings of Cannes will quickly sweep you up in the excitement of the Riviera’s party lifestyle.

If you crave a little more activity, you'll have free access to two tennis courts. There are top-class golf courses and even gliding close by. It’s a cycling and walkers paradise too. And if you’re more at home in or on the water, why not hire a yacht or pedalo, go diving or do some fishing! We are more than happy to help arrange your adventures.

We had a great week here. The view and the pool are fantastic. We really enjoyed playing tennis, visiting Grasse, Sellian and using the pedalos at Saint Cassien Adventures on the amazing lake nearby. The sea and lake were at a nice temperature, and we swam off the beaches near Chateau de la Napoule. The donkeys were also a big hit with the children!

Perfect location for day trips ,yet very calm peaceful . Amazing views of the mountains and the baie of Cannes . Villa extremely clean and well equipped, comfortable. What a great place for a summer vacation! We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. Amazing views and location. Your home is the perfect place to relax. Thank you for your hospitality, and great tips for what to do and where to go. It was exactly what we were looking for, great place to chill by the pool, but also near enough to do little day trips to the towns, waterparks and coastal hot spots. High speed internet worked a treat. The two weeks have flown by and we only wish we had more time here. Perhaps some time soon.

This house is truly wonderful and the setting speaks for itself. It has been decorated beautifully and the hosts , Katherine and Richard, clearly love the house. There are lots of special touches such as gorgeoud soaps and shampoos and a basket of towels that would be suitable for the beach. The teenagers loved their own space in the apartment downstairs. The outdoor terrace with the large bbq ensured that we never left to go out for dinner. Watching Cannes in the evening from the terrace was memorable. I would return in a heart beat.

Lovely villa with amazing views

We rented this gorgeous villa for two weeks in August. The first week was with our older kids and grandchild. The second week was younger adults with their friends. We found the house immaculate and Kathryn and Richard were very responsive to any questions. The outdoor BBQ and kitchen were well utilized along with the lovely pool. The views over the hills and also down to the sea were spectacular. We enjoyed every evening watching the stars come out as the sun set. For our single adults, the local town was a bit too quiet and it was just that bit too far for them to drive up and back to Cannes for the evening. However, day trips to Tourette and local lake were a big success. The house worked well for both our groups and we can't thank Kathryn enough for imparting her local knowledge as we planned day trips. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Alles genau so wie angeboten und versprochen!

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen verbracht. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind exakt das, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Lage: In abgeschlossener Domäne, sicher, aber man benötigt ein Auto. Landschft: Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes einschließlich Inseln. Klima: Auch bei großer Hitze kann man es gut aushalten, da immer ein Wind geht. Am Pool hat man bis nachmittags Sonne. Die Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten, abends hat man nur vor dem Haus Sonne. Aber gerade das fanden wir hervorragend, ist also aus unserer Sicht kein Kritikpunkt. Durch diese Besonderheit sind auch die zum Pool und damit zum Ausblick gewandlten Zimmer auch nachts wohl temperiert. Pool: super, vergleichswqeise groß, immer zwischen 26 (morgens) und 28 Grad (ab mittags), da beheizt. Schlafzimmer: Betten in Ordnung, gute Matratzen. Zimmer angenehm temperiert. 5 SZ mit 4 Bädern. Küche: Top, wenn man selbst kochen will, gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es drei Kühlschränke, u.a. an dem Ausßen-Ess-Platz sowie in der Einliegferwohnung am Pool (die untere Etage ist im Grunde eine separate Wohnung direkt am Pool mit eigener Küche). Wohnzimmer: Toll eingerichtet mit herrlichem Blick. Großer Esstisch. Gemütliche Sofas. Allgemeines: Tolle, sehr nette Vermieter, stets um alles bemüht. Haus sehr ordentlich und sauber. Vorbildlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A fantastic villa

We have just returned from a week here, and it was fantastic. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. I made the booking, and then described it to the rest of the party afterwards - everyone said that it exceeded their expectations. The views, from the pool and from the balcony, over the bay of Cannes and towards Cap d'Antibes were terrific. The villa is in a great location too, just about 5 minutes to the motorway and in easy reach of Antibes, Cannes, Nice and all the little villages in between. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and Kathryn went out of her way many times to call restaurants and to provide other information. We highly recommend this villa, and hope that we can stay again sometime soon :-)

What a perfect place to spend time after a global pandemic! Your villa is absolutely stunning. Your attention to detail has been first class. Great communication from start to finish (that doesn't happen often)! Sehr schönes Haus mit freundlichen Vermietern

Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Sehr schön gelegen am Berghang mit Sicht auf die Bucht von Cannes. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter haben sich um alles gekümmert, inkl. umfangreiche und individuelle Informationen zu Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten und einem sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Haus ist kein Schnäppchen aber definitiv seinen Preis wert.

A job offer in yachting that Richard couldn't refuse first brought us to the Cote d'Azur. And after a year of searching for the perfect villa, we finally found Mas d'Yeuse.

We've been fortunate to have traveled widely. And during our adventures it has been the personal experiences and generous hospitality that has stood out:

• the insider tips on great local restaurants, markets, places to see and activities to do
• the welcome glass or two of wine at the end of a very long journey
• breakfasts made up of homemade breads, pastries, jams and local specialities, which once included a Sicilian ice cream cake that will never be forgotten
