Large and isolated annex, inserted in a property where the owners live, located in a rural area with good accessibility and benefited by public transport nearby, just 5 km from the historic center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo (classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site) .
Guests can enjoy a secluded and peaceful space, interacting with the animals on the property (horses, dogs and various birds), with parking space within the walled enclosure.
As Terra-Chã is a rural parish close to several places of interest, they will be able to develop numerous recreational activities (hiking, biking, whale watching, enjoy good gastronomy ...) having as our "base camp" our Lua Nova Studio .

A wonderful and peaceful stay

The house sits on gorgeous and peaceful grounds surrounded by nature. The first thing you hear in the morning and pretty much all day are the birds chirping and the frogs croaking somewhere in the back yard. The owner has friendly, well behaved dogs that greet you every day. I would definitely come back again and certainly recommend this place.

Mauvais séjour chez Paulo

M. Paulo loue deux logements, un petit et un grand. Nous avons réservé le grand. En arrivant au logement, après avoir vu notre insatisfaction, Paulo nous déclare qu'il a loué les deux logements sur deux plateformes et que 2 personnes on loué le même grand logement, Paulo a décidé par lui même de nous donner le petit même si on avait loué le grand. C'est complètement inacceptable. Il fait du double booking, soit par Airbnb et Vrbo et n'avise pas les clients. Nous étions vraiment mécontent..... Il aurait dû nous le dire d'avance pour nous permettre de modifier notre voyage. Aussi, il avait du savoir en quantité minime, pas assez pour laver le quart de mon corps.
