The EPO. APT - Porto Apartments is a charming modernist building dating back to 1936. The building is a striking example of Deco architecture from the 1930s. This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project carried out in the year 2012, which has restored the exterior facades of the building and its interior spaces, turning them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.

The EPO. APT - Porto Apartments is located in the emerging area of ​​Cedofeita in the center of Porto. It is located on the urban circuit between Baixado Porto, the historical center of the city, and Boavista, a modern business center and hotel area.
