Villa Calesse A is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Calesse A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Calesse A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Calesse A from the parking area going down a short route that includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Calesse A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a large panoramic window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the first bedroom. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
