Sunny Home Near Zion & NEW Hot Springs & Pets Free!
My cozy, yet roomy retro style home near Zion is one of the most popular vacation rentals in the area, and is also one of the few that is fully licensed and accredited by the city. UPDATE! Coming in early summer 2025, the amazing NEW Zion Canyon Hot Springs! We can now offer exclusive discounts to our guests. Only minutes from the house. See our images of this world class hot springs.
BTW, We love sharing this cute home with people from all over the world and we have put a lot of time and energy into making it just right before we opened our doors to guests for the first time in late April 2016. We love meeting people and taking good care of them, their friends, families and furry babies (with fully enclosed, pet-friendly back yard), because of all these features we consistently get high ratings from our guests.
People love to stay here because it is so full of cozy charm and character with beauty right out the front door, leading right to Springdale/Zion within about 20 minutes with no crowds and congestion!
I also wanted to make sure my home was fully accredited and licensed to insure optimum safety for my guests. This means we have met all safety and insurance guidelines by the city, which ultimately means better protection and peace of mind for you.
I know you will love my cute home near wonderful Zion National Park as much as I do and I can't wait to share it with you! Daniel

Why they chose this property
I love homes from the 1960s. This home was built in 1965 and has lots of wonderful charm and character and is surrounded by large pine, cottonwood and pecan trees. Something super nice in the desert. Like an oasis, a sanctuary really. I like that this home is very eclectic and cozy. Almost like a place Grandma would live, something special and rare in our busy, bustling world.
