Downtown Fort Collins is a short walk, from where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mts, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. If you're looking for the best Vacation rental in town, you've found it!

Visit Granddaughter/Daughter

My son, his friend, and I came to Fort Collins to visit my granddaughter (my son's daughter) before she went back to college. Erik's house was beautiful and so convenient to everything we wanted to do while there. The house had everything we could have wanted or needed. Thanks Erik!

Great for CSU families

We moved our daughter into CSU during our state. Great location to access the campus easily. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in the house. Great place, we'll rent again for sure.
