About this property

Beautiful Rental In Kierland Area-World Class Golf, Dining & Shopping! Near Mayo

This beautiful house can sleep up to 6 in the bedrooms and even more with inflatable mattresses. It has been remodeled and nearly everything is new. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool, grass for pets, golf, shopping & restaurants are just down the road! There are 2 grocery stores within a mile of the house - Fry's & Safeway. The house has a 2-car garage along with streaming TV. We have provided all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable - Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, grill, smoker, wine opener, can opener and more! The pool has a heater and is subject to a $300 heater usage fee to fill the propane tank, if you want the pool heated. Refills are the responsibility of the guest. If you don't want the heater, you are free to use the pool at no charge. We do accept pets and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.

Our calendars are ALWAYS up to date, so if it shows available for your dates you are good to go. Welcome to sunny Scottsdale!

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to do cooking while we were there for almost 4 weeks. We enjoyed the pool and patio area - the yard was great for our dog. The primary bedroom had a nice walk-in shower.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Fully stocked and clean kitchen with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Very clean and spacious living and sleeping areas. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing! The backyard was clean and there were 2 separate grass areas along with a desert gravel/rock area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

Great house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great house. Located in a really nice neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, stores, great hiking spots. We didn’t use it, but has a nice pool in the backyard. There’s a great patio out back too which was great to enjoy breakfast or to just relax. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next winter getaway.

Amazing Location, wonderful pool

Really enjoyed our stay with easy access to everything in North Scottsdale. Cooling off in the pool each evening felt like a luxury. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked at home a lot. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this house is new and refreshing! We have taken a LOT of pride and care to insure this house is relaxing and enjoyable. Nearly everything is new including most furniture, new TVs, appliances and the entire home was fully renovated from top to bottom, including the pool! The best thing about this house is its location. It is right in the middle of everything!! Golf, shopping, restaurants, hiking, museums, etc. It's all close! Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale and Arizona have to offer!
