Why they chose this property
The 5 apartments of the beautiful emerald villa are located in the peaceful part of the village of Premantura, on its sunny side. There are 5 apartments to rent, 2 on each floor which are easily accessible by the spacious stairs and 1 on the ground in front of the reception entrance. Each apartment has its own terrace where you can relax. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with lounges where you can sunbathe and relax poolside. There is free Wi-Fi access across the whole building; also a wide parking place in front of the building is provided, and an underground garage.

It's pretty easy to find your inner peace as we are located in the peaceful part of Premantura village; you can easily walk (200m) to the beautiful nature park of Kamenjak which will provide to you a unique experience and beautiful beaches, windsurfing, other water sports, bars, and breathtaking views. Also, you can take a slow relaxed walk to the camp of Stupice, a beautiful peninsula with a magnificent view of crystal clear sea and distant islands, where you can also play basketball, football or rent a surf board. On the other side, if you want to try traditional Istrian specialties, buy some souvenirs or just enjoy your coffee in an old city center across the medieval church - you're just a few steps away.
