About this property

Discover a beautiful, bright and pleasant apartment, located 20 meters from the port, its cafes, shops and 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Portissol and six ovens.
The apartment is located in a typical colorful fisherman 's house.
Renovated, very pleasant to live in and well placed in the heart of the village, the apartment has windows in each room and a double exposure which make it clear and perfectly ventilated and cool in summer.
With an area of 80m2 it consists of a living room with television, Apple TV, DVD player, wifi, a double bedroom with balcony and television, a second large bedroom with two double beds and dressing room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) and a spacious bathroom with washer-dryer.
The main advantage of our apartment is its privileged location in the heart of the village, in the pedestrian streets, which allows everyone to fully enjoy all the activities of the village without moving the car!
During the day you will be a few minutes from the port and its terraces, the market, the beaches and the shops.
In the evening you can enjoy the cinema, restaurants, pubs and theater.
Everything is nearby and easy to reach on foot! A true village spirit, very cheerful and always lively, summer and winter.
For those who wish to discover the region, you will also have the possibility of embarking on shuttle boats which will allow you to reach the islands of Embiez, Porquerolles or to visit the creeks of Cassis for example.

un appartement plein de charme

Appartement ancien décoré avec goût et un charme indégniable (hauts plafonds, tomettes, enfilade de pièces).L'emplacement est idéal : le port est à 50 mètres ! Merci à Guido pour son accueil et les réponses adaptées à nos besoins. Un micro-ondes et une porte d'entrée un peu plus facile à ouvrir seraient un vrai plus !
