It is located in a tourist area just a few minutes from the beach and the beach facilities.

The neighborhood is touristic with lots of greenery around, there are near restaurants, tennis courts, night clubs, bars. The center of Umag is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot, by tourist train or by car.
