Hollyhocks has all the character and charm of it's origins as a railwayman's cottage, blended subtly with modern creature comforts. In the pretty village of Docking just a few miles from the coast, it offers a quiet yet convenient base to explore.

The kitchen is well equipped, with lovely new integrated appliances, dishwasher and flooring. With a decorative wood burning stove, comfy seating, new carpet and Smart TV the sitting room is a truly relaxing place to unwind. Upstairs there is a stylish double bedroom, a twin bedroom and modern family bathroom. Outside the pretty courtyard garden is ideal for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine as you plan your days.

Docking has an excellent village shop, local pub, local weekly market and fish and chip shop all within walking distance, making it an ideal retreat for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Just a few miles in any direction and you are spoilt for choice, from Sandringham Estate, Brancaster beach, numerous nature reserves and The Wash estuary which hosts RSPB winter spectaculars, and many other beautiful beaches and delightful villages and towns.

Hollyhocks

Comfortable and warm cottage with well fitted kitchen and bathroom in a good location for many places to visit. Steep stairs may not suit everyone and anyone with a pacemaker should be warned in advance of the induction hob.
