The cupboards are very well equipped with crockery, cutlery cookware and glassware. A Panasonic CD music player/ Bluetooth speaker is provided. Sitting room Large corner sofa, wood burning stove, double windows, the 43” Panasonic Smart TV is linked to the Sky Broadband to provide Freeview and catch-up TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies. Wooden flooring, coffee table and rug. Storage shelving include a DAB radio, books, games and some useful local information. An easily accessed carpeted staircase from the lounge lead to the first floor accommodation.

Charcoal barbecue. The wheelie bins are in a wooden store in the garden. The garden is enclosed from the stream by way of a wooden gate and a low stone wall. Parking is on the quiet public lane.
