Landing area
Doors lead to the two bedrooms and shower room, a loft ladder gives access to the attic bedrooms. Please supervise children.
Master bedroom
A lovely light bedroom with a double bed and two windows to the front elevations allowing light to flood into this tranquil space. A wide screen television is mounted to the wall, perfect for relaxing. Complete with robes and hairdryer.
Shower room
Corner shower cubicle with mains shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and window with views to the creek and salt marshes.
Twin bedroom
A fabulous double aspect room with windows to the side and front elevation and wonderful views to the salt marshes. There are twin (3ft) beds with quality bed linen, fluffy robes and a hairdryer.

The property entrance is down a pedestrian path.
There is a fully enclosed terrace with stylish table and chairs, raised flower borders and external lighting.
The Cottage is set back from the road and accessed via a shingle path with private pedestrian gate which leads to Hilllview Lodge, just a two minute walk from the renowned White Horse Pub & Restaurant.
There is no allocated parking however there is plenty of parking on the road outside the cottage, which is restricted to 30mph, or alternatively, up the road at the village hall.
