Come and enjoy your holidays in this beautiful beach house located just 4km from the coast.
It has a living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans ...), 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed , sofa bed, air conditioning and access to the garden and 2 complete bathrooms.
Large plot of 800m with artificial grass, pool of 7 x 6 and 1.20m / 1.70m deep, barbecue area, covered porch and storage room with washing machine and dryer.
The villa has WIFI, air conditioning in the main bedroom, living room, another in the hall to cool the rest of the bedrooms.
