Two-bedroom apartment in popular Pueblo Evita Resort, Benalmadena, Costa del Sol.
Resort Pueblo Evita is one of Benalmadena's most popular resort. There are three pools and a jacuzzi on site. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk. 10 minute walk from the train station. In 20 minutes, trains run from Malagasy Airport to Benalmadena. It is therefore not necessary to rent a car. There is a reception on site that is manned Tuesday-Friday morning to evening, Saturday and Sunday is open 24 hours a day.
The area is located on a quiet street but with restaurants, bars and shops around the corner. In the area there is a clubhouse restaurant and a sports bar at one of the pools. Activities for children and adults are organized. The second pool where there is also a children's pool is one floor above the apartment. There is also a snack bar. The rooftop terrace also features an indoor pool and Jacuzzi.
The apartment is high in the Andalusian settlement 5th floor (without elevator) and has a great view of the sea and mountains from the large terrace that you reach from the family room.
The living room / kitchen has a sofa bed, dining room furniture and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, micro, water and coffee maker, toaster etc. There is Nintendo Wi-Fi console with games, flat screen tv and free Wifi.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a balcony for 2 persons. Perfect to take the morning coffee before the other family wakes up. Bedroom 2 has two single beds or / 1 double bed.
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
All rooms are air-conditioned with cooling / heating.
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Deposit 200 euros payable on arrival. Refundable after final inspection on departure.
