We live in the northeast USA and know how nice it is to get away. There is so much to do in the Villages that we never are bored. So many opportunities to meet people from people from all over. It is the friendliest retirement community with so much always going on.
Why they chose this property
An orientation folder will be available to help orient you to your surroundings, information about local restaurants, and emergency contact information.
What makes this property unique
There has been no smoking allowed in this new Villa. also no pets It is unusually clean and has the "new" feel. There is an electric golf cart in the garage for long term tenants only (> one month).
It has a gas grill, beach towels and everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
If you would like guest passes, we will need your address and birthdates. These need to be picked up at the Rohan Recreational Center which is 1/2 mile from the villa. These do NOT allow you golf access. If you want golf access, please inquire.
We would appreciate it if you would take good care of our place while you enjoy your stay.
