Lovely Stucco 2/2 courtyard Villa with den. All the luxuries of home have been provided, including dishes, towels, bedding. Etc. A patio area with grill. Very close to the town squares. Walkable or Short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing with live nightly music. Drive the golf cart for groceries or shopping. Completely enclosed courtyard for privacy.
Owners live close by for any assistance you may need.

Foyer entrance into this Villa. Eat in kitchen that seats four, closet pantry, plenty of cabinets (white) and granite counter tops. Washer and dryer in the newly epoxied garage. Dining room area seats 4 and is open to the living room area with very comfortable seating for watching TV with a new 58” flat screen TV. Den has pocket doors to make into addition Bedroom if needed. Sliding doors onto the patio where you can enjoy the outside private space. Master bedroom has a king size bed, new flat screen TV, large walk in closet and master bath with Granite counters with 2 sinks. Guest room has a queen size bed suite with Bathroom (tub shower combo) off the guest bedroom, flat screen TV in this room also! Ceiling fans throughout and vaulted ceilings. Tiled throughout except for bedrooms. Very open floor plan and great for entertaining. 1.5 car garage! Free high speed WIFI including paid subscription to YouTube TV. Daily newspaper incl. and Weber BBQ grill.

Don't let this beauty get away. It will be gone before you know it. Just off Canal Street in Bonita Villas, central between Spanish Springs and Brownwood town squares and walkable or short drive to Lake Sumter Landing town square. Near many golf courses, several pools, Havana Country Club and Malory Country Club. Colony Plaza just around the corner for shopping and dining.

You can use any of the family friendly or adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, pickle ball, tennis, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. With the purchase of resident ID cards ($50 for 2 cards), you can use any of the executive golf courses for free or pay resident rates at the Championship courses.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please Refill golf cart gas tank at Sumter Landing. The Villages Golf Cars (Gordon’s Garage) at 1075 Old Camp Road has non-ethanol gas for the golf cart. There are pumps for golf carts only,
Grill must be cleaned & left the way you found it prior to check out. • Lock all windows and sliding doors. • Set air conditioning to 78 or heat to 68.
Tie up trash bags and leave in the garage. • Clean the courtyard of any debris • If anything needs attention or repair, please text/phone us so we can take care of it. 570-371-7455

We have rented our other home in the villages for many years. Since we retired from living in PA, we moved permanently into the villages. We just purchased this Villa to rent out and use for when family visits. We have decorated the house nicely and continue to improve on everything that will make your stay fabulous!

Why they chose this property

Villas are the most liked rentals in the villages. They offer an enclosed yard and a small community environment. This particular Villa is situated between Sumter landing and Colony plaza. You can dance at Sumter landing and do your shopping at Colony plaza. This is close to one of the top country clubs, Havana Country Club, which offers fine dining at a reasonable price. The owner lives 1 mile from this Villa. Any issues will be addressed promptly.
