Duplex in a quiet area

Gabi is a maisonette and is quietly situated on the edge of nature. The Ruisseau d’Antaillat river is within walking distance, where you can fish in peace. Various routes along the river invite for a wonderful walk.

Ground floor:
Entrance with storage space and a toilet. A kitchen diner with sitting area and a TV. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a filter coffee maker. The kitchen offers access to the floor via the steep stairs.

1st floor:
A bedroom with a double bed and access to the bathroom with shower and sink.

Outside:
The living room offers access to the terrace that faces southwest. Enjoy the sun and the different views. There is a barbecue (charcoal) that may be used. There is parking space in the courtyard.

Bon accueil, mais sans plus.La propreté ne dépend que des précédents utilisateurs du logement. Il n'est pas vérifié par la propriétaire qui demandent aux occupants de faire le lit pour les suivants et d'installer les torchons mains et vaisselle.

Bonjour, Le gîte est exigu et l'escalier limite dangereux, nous ni sommes restés que pour dormir et prendre notre petit déjeuner. Ce qui nous a choqué : On nous a dit : je vous laisse les draps, il faut refaire le lit pour les prochains locataires. Que fait la propriétaire ? Cordialement Yvette Noutre

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vaste terrasse, le calme du hameau, la décoration soignée et la propreté de la maison. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour préparer nos visites. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine formidable !

Logement agréable, très propre, bien aménagé et conforme à la description. La terrasse est très appréciable et permet de passer du temps à l'extérieur (manger, se reposer, bronzer). L'accueil est chaleureux, Catherine est à l'écoute et donne des conseils sur la visite des environs. Le logement est très isolé dans un petit village mais n'est pas très loin (et plutôt bien situé) en voiture des sites principaux à visiter dans la région ; vu superbe et emplacement au calme de la campagne. Logement neuf, au calme, bien équipè et très bien dècoré. La terrasse ns a permis de prendre ts les repas à l’extérieur. Très bonne situation pour rayonner et visiter l’Auvergne qui ne manque pas d’atouts. Merci à Catherine pour son accueil.
