This two-bed apartment is located in the Lower Meads area of Eastbourne, just a short walk away from the town centre, beach and many restaurants and cafes.
Also just down the road is the Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Tennis and the Devonshire Park Theatre. The Towner is a contemporary art gallery hosting many exhibitions across the calendar, the tennis park hosts annual tennis competitions and the Devonshire Park Theatre is a beautiful and historic playhouse with wonderful character.
If you are looking for a quiet place to grab some nice food or a good cup of coffee then take a stroll into Meads Village. Here you will find some of the best British pub food at 'The Ship Inn', or there are some lovely cafes for coffee and cakes.
The property is made up of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower cubicle and sauna. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or triple room and there is a further family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The open plan living/dining area is spacious and well designed, it has two comfortable sofas, a dining table that can seat six plus a TV.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and all cooking utensils.
All towels and linen are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for any stays of two weeks or longer, a second set will be supplied. Free WiFi is also provided and there is an allocated off road parking space for one vehicle.

Great apartment, just 5-10 minute walk to the beach, town, restaurants, Tesco and amenities. In the picturesque side of Eastbourne town, Meads. Enjoyed the stay and this apartment suited us perfectly. Clean, cute and unexpectedly large. A lovely gem.

Everything was what we expected and more. Very easy to contact property mangers very helpful and friendly. The surrounding area of Meads is very laid back great cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to the beach and for public transport. Although we had the use of our car only used it once in the two weeks we where there. This was the fifth time we had holiday in Eastbourne but each time always discover something new. If you want peace and quite on a holiday with friendly neighbours I would recommend Littledean. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

Wir, Familienmitglieder drei Personen, haben unseren Aufenthalt in Littledale Haven sehr genossen. Der Check- in war per Email von der Gastgebern gut beschrieben und verlief reibungslos. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut und reichlich, alles da - von prima Küchengeräten (ok, die Pfannen waren etwas älter..) bis hin zu Waschmaschine/ Trockner, Sauna etc. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, schön hell mit großen Fenstern und ist über einen kleinen Weg, der sich darum schlängelt, zu erreichen. Nicht barrierefrei. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch weitgehend gut gepflegt und sauber. Durch die Lage ist sind die vorderen Schlafräume (in einem davon kann man kein Fenster öffnen) ein ganz klein wenig muffig, was man dort mit einer Art Klimaanlage/ Lüftung im Hausflur bekämpft.Zwei Bäder machen die Situation komfortabel und es empfiehlt sich, alles was die Gastgeber zum Check- in vorher schreiben und den Leitfaden in der Wohnung gut zu lesen, damit man weiß, wie alles funktioniert, z.B. was beim Duschen zu beachten ist! Die Gastfamilie ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie reagieren immer sofort, wenn man eine Frage hat oder etwas braucht. Top!!!Viele Dank für den schönen Urlaub :-))

Zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht!
Einzig die Matratzen sind viel zu weich und daher unbequem.

Schöne Möglichkeit Eastbourne zu genießen.
Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen!!!
Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Städtchen und Promenade), alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet u. es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Etwas befremdlich war, dass man nur wenige Fenster öffnen konnte!
Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!!
