This two-bed apartment is located in the Lower Meads area of Eastbourne, just a short walk away from the town centre, beach and many restaurants and cafes.
Also just down the road is the Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Tennis and the Devonshire Park Theatre. The Towner is a contemporary art gallery hosting many exhibitions across the calendar, the tennis park hosts annual tennis competitions and the Devonshire Park Theatre is a beautiful and historic playhouse with wonderful character.
If you are looking for a quiet place to grab some nice food or a good cup of coffee then take a stroll into Meads Village. Here you will find some of the best British pub food at 'The Ship Inn', or there are some lovely cafes for coffee and cakes.
The property is made up of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower cubicle and sauna. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or triple room and there is a further family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The open plan living/dining area is spacious and well designed, it has two comfortable sofas, a dining table that can seat six plus a TV.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and all cooking utensils.
All towels and linen are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for any stays of two weeks or longer, a second set will be supplied. Free WiFi is also provided and there is an allocated off road parking space for one vehicle.
