This is a lovely historic hotel converted into living spaces. The owners have filled the VRBO with beautiful antiques and historical photos/memorabilia/information. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook meals. We definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the Bryant during our recent fishing trip. The house met our needs, was clean and served as a great location for our daily fishing trips. The front enclosed sun porch was a perfect place to keep our fishing gear and a place to relax after a day of fishing or touring.

The property was as listed and Mack was easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to the people and things we wanted to do while in Three Forks. It was an interesting eclectic experience!
We were there for a wedding in Pony, MT. Mack and Anita were very helpful. This was an excellent location, very clean and comfortable, and close to cafes and the Inn. We highly recommend it!Ellen & Earl Price and Aunt Pat - Tennessee and Oklahoma
We have a family of 6 and we had a very enjoyable stay that accommodated all our needs. We have several athletes in our family and the access to workout equipment and space was a big bonus for us so the kids could continue preparing for their upcoming seasons. We loved the quaint downtown and we even went to Mass at Holy Family Church. We would for sure rent this property again!

Keith so thankful for your stay, good to hear the kids were able to take advantage of the exercise equipment, I wish them success in their activities. Thanks again and safe travels!
Mac's property was perfectly located a block off the main drag in Three Forks with access to cafes, the pie shop (Yes!), and the Sacagawea Hotel. Close enough to the hustle of Bozeman, but at a slower pace. Thanks!

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable!
This home is perfect for my family. We celebrated my mom's 100th birthday and she lives in Three Forks so she could ride her scooter over for coffee each morning. My siblings and I loved having such a cozy home to stay in, share meals and much laughter! Everything you need is provided, clean and the owners are easy to work with. This is our second time staying here. We look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Tons of character and details. Easy check-in and out. Loved the passcode entry. No need to be responsible for keys. We attended a wedding just a block away at the Sacajawea Inn and it was just a perfect location with much better rates. ♡
Don't overlook this one. It's great.

Beautiful old inn
My son and I really enjoyed staying at this old rooming house. Don't let the outside fool you. It is fabulous inside, lovingly restored. When they remodeled they kept all the history of the building. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were first class. There is a wonderful cafe on main street called The Iron Horse Cafe. They have fresh pie everyday and there ice cream is delicious. The house is close to a lot of different outside activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations and excellent location!
This gem is a wonderful place to stay in Three Forks! The location is so convenient to downtown and was minutes away from our destination. The historic atmosphere is combined with modern conveniences to provide a very relaxed setting.
The new kitchen is first class and well stocked. Our family was able to enjoy the large living room and kitchen dining area to gather together for fun and fellowship. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable and the quiet residential street was perfect for a good night's sleep. The new bathrooms are beautiful and well organized.
What a treasure! We highly recommend this charming house for your next stay in Three Forks!

Everything about the property is nice -- especially like the large living space, lovely kitchen and the side porch. Property is situated in a small western town where you can walk to all the local businesses, and the rivers for fishing are close by.
The house is lovely. Beautiful wood trim and interesting antiques. Even with the historic house, the bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated to add modern conveniences. The location is very close to Main Street with local eateries; our favorites were The Iron Horse and Three Forks Cafe.. Mack is an awesome host, as well.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Flying M; we even met Mack the owner! That was a bonus! Very comfortable and his rental had everything we needed. I had my 85 and 87 y/o parents with me for a Celebration of Life and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in MT.
We really enjoyed the stay at the house. It is easy to find and check in/out. Good location. It fit all our needs to spend time with family and to attend family wedding. We all enjoyed the homes decorating and unique character.
The property was perfect location for my trip as I was site seeing and hiking around Bozeman and Yellowstone by myself. Felt very safe staying in this cute small town. Place could hold a family and is just like photos show. Lots of games and books in case you want entertainment or get bored. Easy on off from highway yet feel further away. Restaurants around corner.

About the host
Hosted by Mack McLeod
I am easy going, enjoy people, desire to do my best at whatever course that might be . It is pleasing to me to provide a place of respite where weary travelers can rest, relax and kick your feet up and have a feeling of a home away from home in a grand space Originally from Cheyenne Wyoming where I grew up the youngest of 3 boys , my parents were both school teachers and coaches , a very competitive and athletic family , our family would always return to Montana to visit both my Ma and Pa's family in either Whitefish or Havre, on our way up to Whitefish one time when I was about 8 we traveled the old 2 lane highway from Cheyenne , I remember the Jefferson canyon near Lewis and Clark caverns and thought what a beautiful area , I told my Pa that day, in our 1970 station wagon Rambler, that i was going to live near hear someday. In the mid 1980s I moved to Madison Wisconsin to work as a journeyman plumber and also to watch my brother play professional football for the Green Bay Packers. I spent 8 years there mastering my trade to become a Master Plumber . Well in 1994 I was tired of the big city and not being able to see the mountains and wide open spaces ,so I took a leap of faith and moved back to where my heart always wanted to be in Montana, and find a home base where my 3 beautiful daughters could grow up . That is when I stumbled across this gem of a property , the Bryant Hotel , yes many thought I was crazy to purchase it ,but when I walked in I thought of all the possibilities and new if I fixed it up people would come , so I converted the upstairs into 2 long term rentals right away , 22 years later when my daughters grew up and left home suddenly I had all this extra space, I decided to turn the extra space into a vacation rental , hoping once again if I remodel it travelers will come . Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery , Today is the present and this is why they call it a GIFT. So blessings to all and safe travels
Why they chose this property
It is a one of kind historic craftsmanship era building with updated mechanical and electrical system ,and free wi -fi. Also far enough from the hustle and bustle of any big city , no waiting on stop lights ,cause there are none in Three Forks. No lines to wait in, just a slower relaxing way of life where you can kick back and relax, personally when I leave all I want to do is get back to home it is one of those special places called the banana belt of Montana because of the unusual warm weather in the winter . With Hot Springs within 30 miles you can relax in the sunshine or moonlight and listen to live music and eat ,drink and soak . There is a 9 hole public golf course that some years you can play year round because of the mild climate ,bicycle trails miles and miles to take you down to the Headwaters of the Missouri and out to the rivers and ponds ,PRCA rodeo weekend early July ,Country Music Jam 3 days of country music in late June. Antique aircraft Fly in late July , ROCKING THE RIVERS 4 days of ROCK AND ROLL music early August . jumping out of perfectly good airplanes year round if your into parachuting ,and of course all summer long enjoying floating and fishing the rivers here in Three Forks ,Headwaters of the Missouri River
What makes this property unique
The 10' high ceilings give a feeling of a Grand space . Old 10' long soda fountain mirror in hallway , originally from a Livingston Montana restaurant . A one of a kind property .
