This particular Studio room is located on the 3rd floor and has access to the common laundry room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



Estudio Sol has capacity for 2 adults and a child, has 2 single beds pushed together, a sofa bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs and private bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

For baby we have a travel bed available.

Baixa de Albufeira has a cosmopolitan atmosphere, where you can enjoy a whole range of services aimed at tourism, restaurants, bars, terraces, nightclubs, handicrafts and all other activities aimed at the sector.



Praia dos Pescadores and Praia do Túnel are two of the most charismatic beaches in the municipality, both supervised and with the blue flag. They have restaurants, bars and their concessions provide, upon reservation and payment, awnings and sunbeds to enjoy the famous Algarve sun. They also have a Floating Water Park in the sea where you can have fun with its slides and water sports.

Excellent hidden gem in the middle of old town

The apartment was excellent t, everything you needed and just off one of the side streets behind the main square in the Old Town. Excellent location close to everything with the beach a 2 min walk down the cute tunnel. 2 cafes at the bottom of our building food looked superb and the indian at end of the lane was delish. Would 100% recommend staying here and we will definately be back. Only slight issue was working out the safe lock but that was more our own fault, once we worked out how to use it everything was fab👌

Bruno, our host was great. He happened to be at the property when we arrived and he took us for a walk around the streets of the property. This gave us a good sense to where we were. The property itself was exactly as it is described on the VRBO website. It was clean and functional. Above all was the location! Close to the ocean, the Old Town Square, grocery store and restaurants.

O Bruno e senhora da limpeza s foram sempre responsivos e muito prestativos. O espaço estava muito limpo e perto da praia. Havia também muitos restaurantes e bares por perto. A sua própria varanda era perfeita para banhos de sol tranquilos e momentos de café!

A very nice apartment a just few streets away from the beach.

We stayed just a few days. Minutes after arriving in Faro I received a call that the apartment is ready for us to stay. Received an whatsapp with all the details to check-in. There is a free parking area 7-10 min from the apartment (a bit busy in the evening but doable to get a spot). There are restaurants and shops all around.
