Large modern villa (200 Sam)with infinity pool 5x10m. 5 double bedrooms with brand new (2024) central A / C, 4 bathrooms with WC en suite, and one extra WC, one large living room with fireplace and dinner table, kitchen with all amenities and equipment, one large living room on lower floor with TV, stereo, sofas etc. Large terraced outdoor spaces with dinner table, lounge chairs, barbecue. Parking space for 4 cars. 5 minutes with car from shops, pharmacy, doctor, post office, bank, bakery, restaurants, bars etc. 4 fantastic beaches within 3 km. 45 minutes from Ajaccio airport. You reach the highest mountain peaks on the island within one hour drive, lots of various trails, rivers with crystal clear waters , biking and trekking in the vicinity .Quiet spot, last house on that side of the road.

super maison, encore plus agréable qu'attendu

bravo la maison est vraiment très plaisante, bien plus que ce que nous pensions. Très bien équipée et assez chaleureuse.la vue est très sympa avec la mer (suffisamment proche finalement pour la vue !) et la végétation à coté ; l'accueil et la gestion des arrivées et départ a été parfait, très sympa et facilitatrice. seul bémol sur la maison il faut passer par l'extérieur entre les 2 étages mais nous le savions.

Belle maison

La maison est très agréable et la vue est magnifique. Cependant, il y a un décalage entre l’annonce et la réalité. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Vous trouverez dans chaque chambre une climatisation amovible qui fait un tel bruit qu’il en devient impossible de dormir en la faisant fonctionner. En plus d’un problème électrique qui ne nous a pas permis d’utiliser la piscine durant 24h, il y a avait une forte odeur d’égout qui émanait d’une salle de bain au poing de ne pas pouvoir l’utiliser. La maison est située à côté de très belles plages et à proximité de supermarchés.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, mit allem was man braucht. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht so nutzen wie gewünscht aber es war ja auch noch früh in der Saison. Ansonsten ist das Haus ein guter Startpunkt für viele Wanderungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und hat sich schnell um unsere Fragen und Belange gekümmert. Wenn wir wieder auf Korsika sind, kommen wir gerne wieder. Hans mit Freunden

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, la vue est magnifique, la piscine super. Il y a de magnifiques plages juste à côté (Liamone, Santana..) la maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, le propriétaire et l’agence sui gère les arrivées départs sont très sympathiques et arrangeants! Séjour parfait !

Grande Maison avec une superbe vue

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Voici ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié: - La vue. Très agréable de profiter de la superbe vue sur la terrasse, dans la piscine, dans les chambres, en cuisinant... - 5 chambres avec une très bonne literie - Piscine à débordement grande et géniale pour profiter de la vue. - La cuisine extérieure avec point d'eau, plancha au gaz et toujours cette vue - Coin 'apéro' sur le côté de la maison : très cosy - Quartier tranquille. Maison sans vis-à-vis. Ce qui nous à moins plu: - Porte à faux important au niveau de la pente du portail qui peut accrocher les voitures qui ne sont pas des SUV ou des 4x4 - La climatisation (dans les chambres) est assurée par des blocs mobiles particulièrement bruyant. Impossible de dormir en les laissant allumés. Ils nous servaient donc à rafraichir les chambres avant de nous coucher mais la température remontait rapidement pendant la nuit. Début août 2022 étaient particulièrement chaud. Dans d'autres conditions climatiques le problème est probablement bien moindre. Cela ne nous a surtout pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances et de bien profiter de la maison et de la piscine.

Bonne distribution des pièces de la villa pour location à plusieurs couples. Très bonne literie, vue magnifique sur la baie de Sagone. Seul bémol une propreté qui laissait à désirer.

Modernes Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus ist gross und modern, privater Pool und Meerblick. Grillieren möglich, alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Mit dem Auto 5 Min. zum nächsten Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Leider war das Haus sehr schmutzig als wir eingetroffen sind. Der Vermieter war noch vor Ort und meinte, wir seien zu früh, obwohl die Agentur uns veesicherte, dass wir um 12.00 in das Haus können. Die Küche war ein Graus, extrem dreckig und unhygienisch. Kinderstuhl wurde erst nach langer Diskussion gebracht, obwohl der Vermueter vorher 2x per Mail bestätigt hat, dass er einen organisieren werde... Keine Sonnemschirme am Pool und auf der Terasse!!! Ab Mittag kaum auszuhalten draussen! Auf unsere Nachfrage meinte der Vermieter, die Sonne sei ab 18.00 dann weg, was überhaupt nicht stimmte. Es hätte Schirme in der Garage gehabt, doch der Vermieter wollte uns diese nicht zur Verfügung stellen, schade!
