Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are few hotels on the island, so mainly private residents are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architecture. Kea is not a tourist island and has therefore kept its natural charm. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day.

Villa Thea is located on a hillside, offering spectacular views of the surrounding area and the Aegean sea. Though the villa is in a quiet location, only 1.5 kilometers away is the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its restaurants, bars and cafes. The closest sandy beaches to the villa are Gialiskari and Otzia only a 5 minute drive. This villa is ideal for those that want to have a quiet and relaxing time by the pool during the day, but have easy access to the restaurants and night life.

Villa Thea is on the first and second floor of a large villa. The ground floor of the villa is Villa Petra, which is also rented out. The only thing the two properties share is the swimming pool, with its large terrace. Villa Thea however, has a large private veranda with a pergola with a seating and dining area.

The villa has been tastefully decorated and gives one a feeling of peace and tranquility. On the upper level the villa has a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed and a guest W.c. In the living room there are two sofa beds, suitable for young children. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as 2 bathrooms with showers

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
