Villa Sandra is an exclusive privately owned luxury holiday villa with heated pool for the discerning traveller in unspoilt Lanzarote. Relax and enjoy your holiday in absolute privacy, style and comfort.

The villa was renovated completely in the beginning of 2020 after receiving many guests for the last 9 years.
Featuring private heated swimming pool, 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one double bedroom with separate bathroom, big modern kitchen with island and build in grill, A/C in the main 2 bedrooms for free and with coins in the lounge, large terrace area with 4 sun loungers, exclusive huge lounge area, nice lava BBQ area with bar stools and a fixed lounge bed, pool table, ping pong table, 55 inch smart tv with internet tv and Netflix, Prime, .. cactus garden and private off street parking. Free WIFI from a fiber connection.

Distance to nearest restaurant is 5 min. Villa Sandra was completed to the highest standard in March 2020 (after receiving many holiday guests for 9 years) and is situated at Montana Rojo, in the resort of Playa Blanca. Set back in a direct line from the harbour, a walk to the main resort takes around 10 minutes. However, we do recommend car hire.
This villa gives you a WOW holiday.
This villa was during the last 2 years exclusively rented by Solmar and Jet2, now we decided to do the bookings again ourselves.

The communication with the owner was great throughout. The villa is very spacious and great for families. The pool was very good and warm with the heating on. The pictures reflect the spacious nature of the villa but there has been natural wear and tear on some of the soft furnishings, etc. The outdoor area is a great space to relax outside.

Nice Villa

We had a really nice stay in the villa. It's not too far from the beach, has a nice pool and the best part was the outdoor area with a nice couch and a ping pong table.

Lovely spacious and clean Villa

Lovely clean villa. It is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. The seating area outside was a fantastic shaded area. Had a problem with some of the sun beds being perished and broken but the host replaced two of them within days. Great communication from the host. The Villa is a little bit tired but clean and otherwise lovely. The aircon in the bedrooms only stays on for two hours and then switches off. The main aircon in the lounge we did not use as you have to insert coins. Annoying dogs barking a lot in neighbouring villas. There is nothing the villa host can do about the dogs. We would definitely stay in the villa again. 9/10 Overall

About the host

Hosted by Sandra

Me, Sandra and my partner, David live for 11 years on Lanzarote. Original born in Belgium and my partner in Salamanca. We live ourself on 5 km of the house. We bought Villa Sandra in 2011 and completed the renovation ourselves (we have a construction company) with the idea to give our guests a magnificent holiday in a relaxing area. Not only the design was important but also the villa needed to be easy to use. We did the same with Villa Perla Amour in the same estate which is also available for rental up to 8 people. Besides that I do some interior design work for other rental houses. I work voluntary for the Dutch consulate and the ANWB, an insurance company, to help foreigners when they have problems during their holidays. (Like translating in the hospital when people get ill)

Why they chose this property

We bought this property from the bank in a terrible state in 2011. We renewed it completely, starting with electricity, windows, pool, kitchen, bathrooms, .... After 6 months working together, 6 days a week, the house was ready to go into rental. In the mean time we had loads of happy guests. And are we still working hard to keep the villa updated to the high level we want to offer.

What makes this property unique

My experience is that most guests love the outside area. Covered from the wind, it is a very private, relaxing area with a heated pool, sun loungers, outside dining table, a pool table & a ping pong table, a BBQ and sun or shade all day long. And off course the master bed and bathroom gives most of the times a WHOW!!
