Apt Petar 2 is only 80m from lovely beach. The apartment is beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment located in Rogoznica (lovely town known for crystal clear water and clean beaches). Apt has 50m2 and 20m2 terrace with beautiful sea views, private parking, garden with barbecue area, Wi-Fi, Air-Condition, close to lovely beach, stores and restaurants.
Apartment Petar 2 is delightfully furnished. The apartment is only 100m from the beach and caffe bar where you can enjoy to eat or have a drink. The apartment is suitable for up to 5 persons. The apartment consists of a open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping is in 2 bedrooms. Every window in the open plan living and dining area offers beautiful seaview and olive trees that are located in the garden. You can enjoy barbecuing in the garden which is surrounded by olive trees and eat on the terrace with outstanding views. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment provides all the amenities you'll require during your stay ( free Wi-Fi, air condition, cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen ..). There is private parking space in front of the house.
Everything in the apartment is there for you with no limitation, including Wi-Fi, air condition, private parking, barbecue..
I will be present or someone from my family upon guests' arrival and departure and at their request, I will also be at their disposal during their stay.
The check-out time is usually until 10:00 AM. and check -in time usually from 14:00 PM, unless otherwise stated during the reservation process, meaning this can be arranged individually

Mysigt boende nära havet
Litet men mysigt boende nära vattnet. Dock väldigt långt till närmsta supermarket så man var tvungen att ta taxi för att handla. Samt badrummet saknade duschdraperi, vilket gjorde att det blev väldigt blött i badrummet. Men Petar som äger bostaden är väldigt trevlig och omtänksam och hjälper dig med det mesta.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
Thank you for the suggestion to purchase a curtain for the shower which we did and now we have it for 2020 season.
Regarding the supermaket you are right but I don't know if you bought anything from the van. The van comes every morning in the front of the house which has all necessary foods (milk, bread,fruit,cold cuts etc.)

Wonderful!
We loved the location of this apartment, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The view from the deck was amazing! Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome.
