TheLuxury Residence The Ocean Dream V is ideally located on the seafront of town Primošten. Covering an area 375 m2, it offers a lot of space for a luxury and relaxing vacation. The ground floor has a large dining area and living room (111 m2) which opens to a partly roofed terrace whose surface amounts 100 m2 and is equipped with a seating set where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. An outdoor swimming pool gives the possibility for countercurrent swimming. Next to the pool is a sauna with shower. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 with twin beds. Every bedroom has an LCD TV, shower/toilet, and a balcony. A big walk-in closet gives a whole new dimension to the bedroom.
TheLuxury Residence The Ocean Dream V has fitness equipment foryour personal exercise. With a surcharge, you can have a variety of services to feel royal, like chef/cook service, excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc. Spa treatment is free. The whole Villa is air-conditioned, has free access to Wi-Fi, free toiletries, and a private parking. On request, we can give you a baby cot and a baby chair.This Villa has also a cafe and lounge bar.
The Luxury Residence The Ocean Dream V has arocky/shingle beachwhichis available for all guests. Sunbeds and umbrellasare included. Here you can enjoy your cocktails while sunbathing and having a spectacular sea view. More sea activities can be done to experience something new like parasailing, surfing, kayaking, etc.
BecausePrimošten is located in the middle of Dalmatia, you can visit almost the whole Dalmatia from here for example cities under UNESCO protection - Split and Trogir; the most popular national parks - Kornati and Krka; or take a boat excursion to islands of Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Kornati, etc. You can also gain new gastronomic experiencesby visiting our beautiful vineyards, go to agrotourism estates, wine tasting, or one of our numerous restaurants.

Perfect summer holiday

Very nice and modern villa, with a beautiful sea view and a private beach. The pool area and outdoor area are always sunny. Great place for your summer holiday! We recommend booking through the VIP agency – Lucija and Smiljana were very assistive and organized several transfers, boat transfer to Brac, and booked several restaurants for us. We highly recommend it!

Nice interior and exterior, excellent pool area, and a wonderful view of the nearby islands. A great choice for vacation if you do not want to be in a crowded city. One can easily access all the main cities and different national parks (Krka, Kornati, and Plitvice lakes). Antonia from the agency was of great help! We recommend it!

Sensational sea view!

Great location

We really enjoyed this modern villa. The location is very good with private beach. We received great tips from our hosts for trips and restaurants. We loved the pool and the terrace, especially in the evenings. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect villa

Beautiful villa

The Villa is beautiful and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Private beach is less than one minute to walk. Weather was warm so we enjoyed sunbathing by the sea. Would recommend a car for day trips. Krka waterfalls i only 50 minute drive from the villa.

Fascinating villa

This Villa is fascinating in all aspects. Interior and amenities are just mind blowing. Pool and the terrace was the place we spent most of our evenings. During the day we went exploring neighboring cities, Split and Sibenik, for which villa is excellently located. We loved our stay in this amazing house and will definitely come back.

Amazing villa

There is only one word which could describe this villa, it was amazing!! The house is so beautiful and the pool is absolutely fabulous. Smiljana from the Vip Holiday Booker was more than helpful with organizing our daily activities. We had a such a great time and we were sad that we had to go home.

Amazing villa

This is an amazing place! It's very private and has a great sunset view. It's also super easy to reach from the airport. We had great time here and would definitely stay again!
