A beautiful, luxuriously finished home on Marbella Estate in the Jan Thiel residential area.

The property has 3 bedrooms all with fan and air conditioning and has 2 bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe

You have a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto and Senseo machine.

- Garden with private swimming pool (4X5 m and 1. 85 deep), BBQ, 4 sun beds, pool deck with sitting area, rocking chair and hammock
- Through sliding doors the living room changes into the covered terrace

The property is spacious in the rear part of the resort. Because the house and the terrace are located higher there is a beautiful view. The back garden is adjacent to the garden of a Unesco country house and therefore offers peace. The park has a large communal swimming pool and is close to the Spanish Water and the beaches of Jan Thiel - Zanzibar - Papagayo.

The management is outsourced and they will always be ready for you. It is possible that a grocery package will be ready for you upon arrival (the resort does not have a supermarket; the nearest is 2.5 km away).

In short, a top house, in a beautiful park, with lots of entertainment and restaurants in the vicinity such as Jan Thiel Beach and Sea Aquarium Beach

The house had everything we needed, it was very clean. Jill the property manager was incredibly sweet and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful and maintained and felt very safe. The air conditioners were amazing in the room (we’ve had issues in the past in other locations). Traffic was rough down in that area but it was the holiday. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Fantastic villa

The villa exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful, spacious, well equipped. Our boys loved the pool. They could jump and dive in. Water was very clean. Area was also very nice and secure, close to Jan Thiel beach which we loved. Perfect family home for our holiday.

Very nice villa

Well equipped and clean villa. Enjoyed our stay and property manager (Jill) was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Only concern was a lot of dogs barking but that is to be expected in a neighborhood. An A/C unit in the living room would definitely add to the comfort of the villa. Overall a great villa in a nice secure area.

property view was good but frustrating stay

Upon our arrival, the management company had met us at the property and as we checked in sunday they advised, they had been notified of and issue with the electric and hot water. This turned into an absolute nightmare for me and my family. As we were not able to do laundry, do the problems with the electrical. And we could not take a warm shower due to problems with the hot water heater.After a lot of back-and-forth. They were able to eventually get the problem "island fixed" (qoted mgmt company) this was not done until Friday In addition there is a horrible ant problem at the property that destroyed hundreds ou dollars of food and yes they were sealed as outlined to do the ants still will get through packaging if you risk it put it all in fridge no matter what it is ( if you can tolerate the smell of the fridge we left baking soda in there to absorb the smell) The last thing that was very frustrating with this property is you are advised ahead of time that you will be responsible for electric and water usage. However, you do not find out until you arrive to the property that they have a gardner/ Pool person that will come in and water the gardens and take care of the needs of the pool, which will ultimately come out of your pocket for the cost of the water as I found out after the fact When I get my notification that additional was going to be charged honestly it was supposed to be a relaxing getaway and it was very stressful because of what was going on at the property.

Geweldig

Wij hebben hier 2 weken verbleven met ons gezin. De kinderen en wij hebben een top tijd gehad. Het huis is heel erg fijn. En heel erg netjes. Ik ben niks tegengekomen wat niet schoon was. Ook de keuken is erg compleet. Kruiden, kaasschaaf, soeplepel, garde enz. Je zit op een kleine 25 min lopen van het strand, de zanzibar en papagayobeach. Verder doe je wel alles met de auto. Als wij terug gaan naar Curaçao kijken wij zeker weer of deze villa beschikbaar is. (Het enige wat onze zoon heel erg jammer vond, was dat er op het moment dat wij er zaten geen mango's van de boom kwamen) Bedankt voor het verblijf in jullie mooie villa!!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf in deze fantastische woning. Je huis ver van thuis. Enige minpuntje is de tv; wat een vreselijk slecht blikkerig geluid. Slecht voor je oren.

Heel fijn en rustgevend

We hebben het hier heel fijn gehad, ondanks het verlies van een familie lid tijdens onze vlucht en een vermiste koffer hebben wij ons hier toch nog kunnen ontspannen.

Onze vakantie op Curacao

Het huis is zeer compleet en zwembad is ook heerlijk. Wij vonden wel dat er veel omgevingsgeluiden in de nabije buurt zijn zoals blaffende honden , alarm van auto’s en huizen die vaak afgaan en we hadden de eerste helft van de vakantie pech dat er een verbouwing bezig was ditect achter ons. Toch hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Heerlijke woning

Wij hebben een week gebruik mogen maken van deze woning. Alles was aanwezig, niets liet te wensen over. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Beschikking over een auto is wel een must, maar nergens zit je ver vandaan.

Great Jan Thiel home

Fantastic place. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had a small problem with a ceiling fan not working and it was taken care of by the time we got back for the day. Fabulous property and fantastic management.

Top villa

Een prachtige villa op een mooi afgesloten park. De villa is prachtig onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt is er. Prima WiFi. Zelfs NL tv ( Nederland 1,2,3). Lekker zwembadje bij de villa. En een mooi groot zwembad op loopafstand op het park. Locatie is lekker centraal. Vlak bij het gezellige Jan Thiel gebied. Maar je bent ook zo in Willemstad. De huurauto kun je op de eigen oprit voor het huis parkeren. Optimale privacy. We komen graag nog eens terug bij villa bonbineke.

Prachtige villa met heerlijk zwembad en geweldig uitzicht

Mooie villa met alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. Fijne ruime indeling, heerlijk porch met mooi uitzicht. De woning ligt hoger dan de andere woningen dus er is een geweldig uitzicht en toch zit je prive. De achtertuin heeft mooi zwembad, bbq en pooldeck. Goed onderhouden en schoon. We hebben genoten van de verse mango's uit eigen tuin.

Fantastisch

In de krokusvakantie zijn wij hier met ons gezin (5 personen) geweest. Het was in een woord fantastisch! Zowel het eiland als de woning waren geweldig. De woning ligt heel centraal, is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Het huis was heel schoon en zeer compleet ingericht, het ontbreekt je echt aan niets. Ook de contacten met de verhuurster waren uitstekend, ze heeft service hoog in het vaandel staan. Wij bevelen deze woning zeker aan iedereen aan! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Wij hebben genoten van dit fijne en mooie huis. Werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien, alles prima onderhouden en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Heerlijke ruimtes, groot overdekt terras en een lekker zwembad. Bij aankomst een fijn ontvangst. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Fijn huis op een goede plek

Goedendag, Wij hebben onlangs 10 dagen genoten van dit huis, voorzien van 3 slaapkamers, 2 praktische badkamers en alle benodigde apparatuur. Daarbij ligt het huis ideaal op het eiland en lekker hoog in de wind. Groet
