The Pink House in Stockholm

Fantastic cottage style rowhouse very close to a nature reserve as well as public transport. The area is very peaceful and family friendly with great commuting to the center of Stockholm (30 mins door-to-door).

The property has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. The loft has a double bed with extra space storage. Another double bed is located in the downstairs bedroom which also has a whole wall of wardrobes. The living room has two sofa beds. The house has a very nice garden with outdoor seating and in the summer, guests can opt to have a barbecue at an extra charge.

The best way to get around is by bus and metro. The bus stop is right outside and the subway is a 10 minute walk from the house. The area is great for long walks as the house is located on the edge of a nature reserve.

First trip to Sweden

We had the best time here! Loved the neighborhood, the location right next to wilderness preserve, proximity to public transit. House was perfect for 2 teenage boys and mom. Host was very helpful and location was exactly as listed. Thanks for a great place to rest!

Nice start in Stockholm

The house is spacious,clean and well equiped. The host is friendly, quick responding and he gave us all the trust we needed. We enjoyed the walk to the metro station,the smooth ride to all attractions of Stockholm. The neighborhood was ok, we liked the friendly restaurant close by the metro. Good food for much better prices then in Stockholm centrum. In skjortan excellent house to make your stay in Stockholm a succes.

Very disappointing – not as described The apartment was nothing like advertised. It’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. The playground shown in the photos is much farther away than it appears. On top of that, the place was dirty when we arrived. We had to leave the house early for the safety and well-being of our children. Definitely not recommended.

Great value

Comfortable and peaceful stay. If you like idyllic surroundings, nature and diversity, you will like this place. But if you prefer the bar and restaurant hopping regimen and a more urban/ downtown environment, you may want to locate a place in those areas. Access to public transport is great! Bus stop is literally a stone’s throw away and you take a leisurely 10-12 minutes through a park to the metro station. Metro ride to downtown Stockholm is just 20 minutes. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, comfortable beds, and the bathroom is clean and dry. We had no reason to complain.

Lovely little place

The home was cute, sparce with amenities, but great for our needs. I did search places with A/C, but this home did not have it, as we found most accommodations in Sweden did not. They did have a fan. The bus line was a short walk away and was convenient to trains into City Center. There was grocery shopping a short drive away, which is also accessible by bus. The Host was very accommodating and most helpful. He gave us directions, ideas on what to visit and when VBRO had a glitch, he was very quick to respond to our phone calls. If you are looking for a cute little place to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a great space.

Gemütliche Unterkunft verkehrsgünstig zu Stockholm

Schöner Platz um mit zwei Paaren Stockholm zu ergründen, Parkplatz für ev. Auto in Garage empfiehlt sich. Mückenschutz für die Abende draußen ist in Skandinavien grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Die Anbindung an den öffentlich Nahverkehr ist perfekt!

Super Ferienhaus in U-Bahn-Nähe

Wir haben unsere Woche in Stockholm sehr genossen. Dank des hervorragenden ÖPNV-Netzes konnten wir alle Ausflugsziele gut erreichen - einschließlich Schiffstour durch die Schären und Wanderung durch den Tyresta Nationalpark.

Perfekt am Stadtrand

Ein kleines Häuschen am Rande einer bunten Siedlung mit schönen Platz im Garten. Tipp: Bei Anreise mit PKW unbedingt Unterstellmöglichkeit nachbuchen- kostet zwar extra, ist aber sonst kaum Platz. !!!guter Zugang zum Tunnelbana- Netz!!!

Haus mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr Stockholms

Wir verbrachten 6 Tage in diesem Haus. Wenn man bedenkt, dass Stockholm insgesamt recht teuer ist, vor allem was Ferienwohnungen, Hotels usw. betrifft, so muss ich sagen, dass das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis dieses Hauses stimmte. Sicher gibt es kleinere Schwachpunkte, mit denen man sich aber arrangieren kann. Die Betten waren sehr gut, das W-lan funktionierte sehr gut, es war sauber und platzmäßig für vier Erwachsene sehr angenehm. Die Außenanlagen könnten gepflegter sein und die Badewanne steht etwas wackelig auf den Beinen. Da man zum Duschen in die Badewanne steigen muss, sollte man etwas vorsichtig sein. Sehr gut ist der Garagenstellplatz für das Auto, der allerdings 10,- € pro Tag zusätzlich kostet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der extrem gute Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Mit dem Bus, der ca. 20 Meter von der Haustür entfernt hält und in kurzen Abständen fährt erreicht man an der 2. Haltestelle die U-Bahn Station Akalla und ist in weiteren ca. 20 - 25 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm. Besser geht es nicht. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus genossen, wobei wir es allerdings hauptsächlich zum Übernachten gebraucht haben.
