Set within its own private gardens in the heart of South west Samui. Villa "Baan Suaan Serenity" is a spacious yet cosy 300 square metre two floor villa home with a good size family pool.

Ideally suited for families, friends, groups or simply people wishing to get away from the more busy holiday areas.
Our villa is fully serviced on daily basis. Bedding and towels are changed after every 3 days unless otherwise requested.
There are four bedrooms in all .All of which are ensuite.

The bedrooms ALL have king size beds and are spacious enough that an extra bed or cot can be placed in any bedroom upon request.
The normal bedroom layout is 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. We can also add 2 extra beds if required. We also have up to three baby cots (free of charge)

The living area is very spacious yet comfortable. In soft pastel yellows and greens which work in harmony with the tropical garden. Simply relax, on either of the italian leather sofas whilst viewing the 55 inch "smart" tv, which comes with Ip tv, having over 300 channels in English, French, Russian and Thai. A dvd player is also provided.

The three metre long solid wood dining table is set by the patio windows leading out to the main pool, sala, terrace and front garden. There are also relaxing reading and games areas .

At the rear of the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a central cooking isle. This kitchen is very modern and fully equipped having a large fridge freezer. Where you will find chilled complimentary water, some local beers(chargeable) as well as very chilled glasses. There is also a wine bar with a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas and ground coffee are offered(there is an espresso machine), these are replenished daily. The rear of the house has a large terrace with an outdoor dining table as well as some comfortable seating overlooking the rear garden and our lotus pond.

This area is a perfect breakfast point or good for simply relaxing over a drink in the evening.

To help you get over the guilt from over indulging on the wonderful local Thai cuisine on offer nearby, our air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with an electronic resistance bicycle, electric elliptical, lateral press an adjustable multi use bench and dumbells.
There are also Yoga mats and we can arrange for yoga or fitness lessons if requested.

The salt water pool is over 8 metres long and from 1 metre to 1.8 metres deep.The large pool side terrace is ideal for sunbathing .There is an old traditional Thai style wooden sala(seats ten ) that can be used for welcome shade in the afternoon or also as an ideal dinning area for when you make use of the BBQ on offer. Again its also ideal for simply an evenings relaxation by the pool.

The location is an ideal family hide-away as it is a very peaceful nature filled area very close to three beautiful,yet quiet beaches and the local beachside fisher-mans village of Thong Krut.

Thong Krut has quite a few international restaurants and bars as well as the local Thai beach cafes. The area runs most pf theregular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions as well as having a local mini-market and organic coffee shop
