Fantastic 3 bedroom Apartment - excellent location
Great 'feel like home' independent apartment with perfect location and excellent transport options. It has 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room and also a bathroom with toilette and a second toilette.
Two of the bedrooms have big double person beds and the third bedroom has a big 1.5p size bed. There is also a fantastic sofa in the living room.
The location is 10-15 minutes away from the airport by car or taxi and about 30 if you use public transport and also 15-20 mins from city center.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is also an elevator available from the ground floor.
Underground parking place is available upon request at no additional charge, so if you travel by car you won't have to worry about parking outside.
There is a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave available.

Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities in the really good and all worked well.

appartment was not available
We arrived in the night and we called the owner. Some woman told us that the appartment is not available. There are other people. (booking date was ok from our side)
2 hours before we send also a message to the owner and he responded. Everything looked ok.
Finally we end up on the streets of Sofia with our kids and need to find a Hotel 3 a.m. in the night.
Next day we got access and the ower payed us the hotel stay. Finally we canceled it, the place is in first floor, terrace was dirty and unusable, lamp was broken, couch in really used condition. Facing to the main street.
Like most of the time when booking online.... picutres are good, reality is different.
Another part is the agency. If you want to cancel in case of what happened its not possible. You have to deal with the owner.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Bel appartement spacieux , idéal pour une famille. Tout est complet, cuisine , literie , essuies de bain, prévoir cependant essuies de cuisine . Attention fuite à la douche . Manque de documentation sur la ville , les alentours et les transports en commun. Sinon parfait pour un petit séjour à Sofia.
