The apartment of 50m2 is in the old fishing district of Baix a Mar in front of the beach, 100m from the RENFE train station, 21km from the Reus Airport and 27km from Port Aventura. It is located on the ground floor with sea views and many restaurants, shops and wide parking in the area. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa-bed for two in the living room. There is a full bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, central air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the establishment. In the solarium you will find hammocks and outdoor shower. The check-in is done in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm, but you can arrive at any time with the smartlock code. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Le logement proposé était au Rez de chaussée non précisé donc pas de balcon ou terrasse. Beaucoup de passage de passant à pied devant la fenêtre car passage maritime. L'option jacuzzi est proposé que l'été dommage car c'est souvent utile hors saison d'été où il fait trop chaud. Dommage qu'on ait pas eu un gel douche pour un séjour de 2 jours à 2. Juste un rouleau de papier toilette. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain. capacité de 6 personnes à la base donc un peu serré si jamais, plutôt 4 pour être bien.Pour le couchage juste un drap plat. Pas de housse de couette sur la couette donc pas du tout hygiénique.En saison le stationnement est super difficile au alentour (nous avons vécu quelques années là-bas). En janvier ça allait. Il est malgré tout bien placé, la mer juste en face donc belle vue. Des restaurants autour. La station de train pas loin.

Parece que el piso está en una planta alta y que la azotea le pertenece, pero resulta que está en la planta baja y la azotea es del edificio entero. El jacuzzi estaba sucio y no se encendía. Limpieza y ubicación muy buenas, literalmente en primera línea de playa. Lo demás correcto.

Es stand klar, dass es eine Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind ist aber dem war nicht so. Ich musste auf einer Matratze am Boden schlafen. Auf Anfrage Fotos der Wohnung zu erhalten kam nie eine Antwort

Shoe box size but the description sleeps 6 gives impression of larger property. No inside pictures, now we know why. Wet stinky towels in washing machine on arrival, we never opened the machine door again. Location the high point.
