Beautifully remodeled studio apartment in a daylight basement with private entrance and mudroom - on a quiet cul-de-sac in Eagle River.
Apartment has been completely remodeled and features a large kitchen with granite countertops, custom shower, granite bathroom vanity, all brand new, full size, stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, above the range microwave, and a washer/dryer all-in-one.
There is a private entrance to the apartment with a good size mudroom. Living space is open concept with great natural light and beautiful views of Cook Inlet and Sleeping Lady. The studio is furnished with a brand new Serta Queen size bed, a love seat, and small dining table.

I have over 20 years in the area. I came to Alaska on a vacation after leaving the military and fell in love with Alaska and never left. Looking forward to hosting you for your Alaskan Adventure!
