Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space nestled deep in the mountains of Eagle River! Breathtaking views all around. Excellent destination for viewing wildlife and the northern lights. Located near the beautiful South Fork Hiking trails and world class backcountry skiing. 30 Minutes from the Anchorage International Airport.

Enjoy the Alaskan scenery from this two bedroom home in the mountains. Featuring a gas fire place, granite countertops, stainless cookware, one bunk bed (twin over a full), one queen sized log bed, a pull out couch, and an optional air mattress. 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the winter months!

Guest have access to two large balconies, and the surrounding outdoors. This is one of two separate homes on the property, so outdoor space is shared. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Great stay, great location

We appreciated the beauty of the mountains, but also being conveniently located near Anchorage. The only bear we saw on our whole Alaska trip was in the driveway of this house!

Eagle River

The house was very beautiful on the inside and you could tell it was decorated with love. My husband and I really enjoyed relaxing here between our daily excursions while in the Eagle River area.

Great stay with beautiful view!

Everything was great! The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The only downside was the scratchy driveway, which can be a bit tricky, but it's manageable. Just make sure to plan a little extra time for it. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great stay and family friendly

This property was a perfect fit for our young family during our trip to the Anchorage area. The property has its own entrance and parking and is well setup to have young kids. It was so great to have a small step stool, pack-n-play crib, high chair and toys for our 3 girls under age 5 to use. The property is also well stocked with essentials (TP, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap) to carry us through a whole week. The view from the living room is stunning and the drive to the property is beautiful. We will definitely return when we come back to visit our Anchorage family!

The property was great! It was very well kept, and the view of the mountainside is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, (even up to a family of 4) who wanted a mountanside view not too far away from the city in AK. I think the only small thing that would help, is more specific instructions/expectations on resetting the place (i.e. whether it's expected for you to wash dishes, put items back in place, etc). Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect for my wife, 10 month old daughter and I for our anniversary!
