Very quiet villa on the slopes of the montgo, with pool and private garden, barbecue, beautiful views of the sea and Denia. The house is divided into two areas with separate entrance, the lower part has a small living room, bathroom, washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a small terrace. The upper part has a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. It has a private parking space.

Superbe maison la piscine est très appréciable tout est conforme à l annonce. L hote est très sympathique et toujours prête à répondre à bos questio s avant le départ.

AFFREUSE EXPÉRIENCE

D'abord 2 jours avant notre arrivée on nous dit que la maison que nous avons loué n'est plus disponible. On nous fait choisir entre deux autres maisons qui n'ont pas du tout le standing. A notre arrivée qu'elle déception, la maison est vieille, mal entretenu, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de climatisation dans la pièce de vie, pas de WiFi, enfin une catastrophe. Nous sommes restés car nous avions nos petites filles et que nous avions fait 900 kilomètres. A notre départ nous avons demandé un geste commercial car nous avons dépensé 4500 € pour une location qui n'en valait pas La moitié. Aucune écoute et pas de geste de la part du propriétaire. C'est la dernière fois que nous irons en Espagne.

Belles vacances

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour. Tout c'est bien passé. La vue sur Dénia est magnifique et le Montgo nous a permis de belles promenades. La piscine est superbe. Nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises et le contact avec les personnes de l'agence est simple et efficace.
