This is a newer beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with four full size decks. The home has a large pool and gated yard. This Home sits 400ft from the ocean and has a clear view of the intercostal water way from the front decks. Views of the ocean from the back decks. We are within walking distance to Lockwood Folly. That is were the Atlantic ocean meets the intercostal waterway. If you take quick walk to ""The Point which is the end of the island you will enjoy wonderful sunsets or sit on the front porch rocking in the chairs and watch the sunset....the choice is yours. Decks have Pollywood furniture to relax while enjoying the views or dining Al Fresco. The home is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. Spacious outdoor shower with dressing area. There is a De-Sanding Station near the outside shower. Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bar Top with four stools. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Large Dining room table seats 10. Full Size stackable washer and dryer. There are two living areas. Upstairs family room with vaulted ceiling and first floor den. Both Living areas have 60 inch TVs. Basic cable TV with with Apple TV Free Wifi. Central Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans in all rooms. Linens and towels not provided. Home has 1 baby Gate.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kitchen:
Wipe down the counters
Sweep the floor
Collect the trash and bring it to the outside bins. Bring bins to curb on Tuesday evenings, and Friday evening evenings.
Collect all rental linens and towels, and prepare per instructions given to you by your linen rental company. Return all furniture to its original location.
Outside pool area: pick up any trash and bag trash and out in outside trash bins. Return all furniture to its original location. Close and secure umbrellas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

With beach access only a 3 minute walk of the house you can relax and put your toes in the sand. After the beach, enjoy our in-ground pool and concrete pool deck, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor shower with dressing area.
There are plenty of decks to take in the spectacular views from both the front and back of house. This house has many upgrades making it feel much more like a luxury home than a rental property. This is not just another beach rental property. All brand new furnishing in a relaxing beach color palette in hues of blues and grays with elegant décor.
