About this property

This is the PERFECT beach house and is less than four years old! Everything is new throughout and ready for you to enjoy it. This beach getaway offers a beautiful private inground pool that creates a backyard oasis. Beach access is just across the street and less than a two minute walk to the ocean. At the corner, stroll down a long dock that reaches over the intracoastal waterway where you can fish and enjoy the views.

This is a spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home and is perfectly located in the center of Oak Island. Relax on the two front decks and enjoy ocean views and the sounds of the waves. There is an indoor elevator that connects from the ground to the 2nd and 3rd floors for easy access.

Inside, you find this home to be open and light, providing the perfect place to spend a week or weekend at the beach. You will find plenty of room for privacy as well as entertaining, with a fully stocked modern kitchen. Two master bedroom suites with full baths and comfortable king beds await. The third bedroom has two full size beds and the fourth bedroom has bunkbeds with a full on the bottom, allowing 11 to sleep comfortably.

There is a heated outdoor shower along with a sitting area that surrounds a large gas fire pit. Lots of games onsite, including cornhole, a basketball net and less than a mile to the local outdoor sports recreation park, where you will find basketball, pickleball and tennis courts.

Generously stocked with beach towels, linens, chairs and games for your family and friends. Plenty of covered parking is available as well.

Amazing family vacation!

We LOVED our stay at this beach house. The owners were great and quick to respond! The house has a perfect view of the ocean and not to mention everything you could ever need! Great for a family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Family Get-together

Our family - three generations - had a marvelous time. The home provides wonderful spaces for everyone to gather or to separate for private times. We rotated between the beach and the pool as both were huge hits. We made all our breakfasts and dinners in the home, and the kitchen facilities and equipment made our jobs a breeze. It was a fabulous five days - thank you to the Shields for opening their home to us and allowing us to make wonderful memories!

Great Stay

This was the perfect beach house. Plenty of room, great distance to the beach. Easily walkable. My kids loved the swing, basketball goal and pool. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Oak Island home!

This property was amazing! It was very clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen items and toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap). There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. The pool was great and we were able to enjoy that everyday. The walk to the beach was very easy! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Oak Island!!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay in this home! Home was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved spending time on the porches. Very comfortable seating both in home and on porches. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
