HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This private cul-de-sac home in Palmetto Dunes is nicely decorated with fresh updates throughout including a steam shower in the master bath!

Eight steps lead to the entrance, where you will find a spacious living room with windows overlooking the pool and yard. Just off this room is a dining room that accommodates up to 8. Next to the dining room is a wonderful Carolina room, the perfect place for a little down time, featuring wall-to-wall windows, a sleeper sofa, loveseat, wet bar, and a view of the pool.

The lagoon shaped pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by several lounge chairs and a gas grill--a perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon of sun!

The master suite has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private bath with steam shower. Two more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, both have king beds, TVs, and each have a newly renovated private bath with walk in shower.

This property is a perfect escape for your next Hilton Head Island vacation!

***Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat. Spa can NOT be heated separately.

Perfect home for our family - three kids (2 five year olds and a 3 year old) who loved having the pool and being close to the beach. This was around the corner from my in laws house and couldn’t have been a better location. Very spacious. Loved the sunroom! Beautiful property, very clean, would love to come back!

House was more than enough for the two of us. Would be good for a family as well. The Master is on the other side of the house than 2 other bedrooms. Pool deck was somewhat limited. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Neighborhood was much quieter than other parts of Palmetto Dunes. My suggestion would be for landscaping crew to come before pool cleaning. Pool company did a great job cleaning pool. Right after landscaping crew arrived and blew much clippings in pool. This was further frustrating because there was no pole for pool net, meaning I had to jump in pool to try to clean. Additionally after it rained, there were a few worms in bottom of pool that you couldn’t get without a pole. Lastly the dishwasher needs a new strip across top, fell off every time dish washer was touched. On a brighter note, house was extremely clean.

Wonderful house!! Our family of nine had enough room and never felt cramped. Great pool!! Our four year old fell in love! This is our second year and we will be back!!
