As you enter, the kitchen is located to your right with beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, and all new stainless appliances. There is also a breakfast table with seating for up to four. The dining room, which is open with the kitchen and living room, has a table seating up to six and a beautiful granite bar area. In the spacious living room you will find cathedral ceilings, leather sofa and matching loveseat, flat screen TV with BluRay DVD, and a sliding door leading to the private deck with four chairs and beautiful lagoon views. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, small walk-in closet, and a sliding door also leading out to the deck shared with the living room. This room also has a private bathroom with double granite sink and a large walk-in shower. In the guest room you will find two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is not private but is shared with the hall.
