This newly remodeled villa is just a short stroll from Coligny Beach is this tranquil first floor 2 bedroom, 2-bath, first-floor pet-friendly Forest Beach villa in the Island House Complex on Hilton Head Island. With the beach just 2 blocks away through Sea Side public beach access and just 1 block from the new Celebration Park, you are just a bike ride away from multiple attractions.

Upon entering the unit, you will find the open living space. A dining room table with seating for 4 and additional bench seating for 2 or 3 more making it perfect to host your next family meal. Just beyond the dining area, you will find the comfy living room. Equipped with a pull out queen sofa bed, flat screen smart TV, and a view of the pool. A glass sliding door leads you to the patio overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes with the pool just footsteps away.

The newly updated galley kitchen is updated with granite countertops and all white appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, coffee maker available, and also offers a full-sized washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a sleep number king bed, flat screen smart TV, and newly updated private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway leads to another newly updated full bath with tiled tub shower combination and the guest bedroom which has 2 twin xl over queen bunk beds, perfect for a second family or just the kids.

This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.

The Island House community are great Hilton Head vacation rentals in Forest Beach, Hilton Head. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The kitchen was fully equipped , inside the unit was very clean . Patio table was dirty & wrought iron chairs were very rusted. Otherwise it was perfect and the host was excellent. We will definitely book again!

Cozy comfort best describes this property. Location is key! Walkable to Coligny Beach and Plaza as well as Alder Beach. Beaches, Restaurants and shops sre within about a ten minute walk. This condo provides for all your needs be it a day at the beach or cooking a full meal. The pool is large and right in your back yard! Dog friendly as well. Highly recommend this property to couples, families with small children and folks of all ages.

This is our second time staying here. This well appointed condo is clean and the upgrades make a world of difference. We always stay at the Island House complex and this unit is by far a favorite of ours. Easy of communication with the owner along with overall attention to detail make for the perfect vacation.

The condo is AWESOME. Comfortable, clean, well equiped kitchen. Wonderful decor. Walk to beach. Tons of shopping, restaurants etc…. Definitely would stay here again. The host Milan was very attentive to any needs, responds quickly.

Perfect for us!

We found this unit to be perfect for our family. Our granddaughter loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of space for us to all enjoy. The location was walking distance to the Coligny Beach entrance and we loved checking out all the walking paths. There are tons of restaurants in the area to enjoy no matter your pallet. We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

this condo was so clean! that’s a huge plus in our book. this condo had all the necessities that we needed. we were so pleased with the pool being so close and having our own patio to enjoy the summer nights. we will definitely be staying here in the future years!

Great rental. One of the cleanest we have stayed in. Walking distance to beach easily. Pool had a lot of sun. Had a lot of little items most people forget to bring too. Would definitely return!

An awesome 6 night stay

An awesome updated condo! Many extra touches was greatly appreciated (simple things that really are appreciated; i.e. Saran wrap, trash bags, coffee pots, outdoor chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc). Just about everything one would need to feel like a home. God willing, will be back next year!

Comfy condo, minutes away from beach. Pool is right behind the unit so was a quick walk to it. Right behind patio has a picnic area with charcoal grill. Had construction above us so was noisy Monday to Friday during the day which we was informed by owner when we arrived. Host had great communication and understanding. We enjoyed our stay, we would stay again.

This condo did not disappoint. The location is perfect and the condo has all you will need for your stay. This dog friendly condo made for the perfect fit. The only negative is when it’s time to leave. Next time we plan to stay longer. We appreciated the attention to detail by the owner. It’s not often you find such a clean well appointed condo in a convenient location.

Nice secluded end unit condo

We spent a week in this unit. The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was probably appointed the best of any of the many units we have visited. The unit is not fancy, but effort has been made to focus on the important things…comfort and cleanliness. The location is great. It’s close to Coligny and the beach. The unit itself is a first floor end unit with a patio that opens to a small wooded area. We even had a small buck visit us one morning. He and the dog were face to face! I would definitely stay here again; in fact, we hope to come next year!

Reno Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed our “home away from home” during a 6 week renovation of our house. Milan is an excellent host and the unit is First Class. All new renovations, a high tech smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen are the comforts of home we needed to relax and even make a yummy Thanksgiving dinner. This unit is a short walk to the beach, and everything that South Forest Beach and Coligny have to offer. We’re especially grateful that our hosts were so flexible anc accessible. I’ve been a VRBO renter for years and this was by far my best experience.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The unit was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were updated. Our favorite thing though was the location. The complex pool was practically in the backyard, making it easy to take our grandchildren for a swim. The Low Country Celebration Park, Coligny Park Beach, restaurants and shops were all an easy bike ride (or walk) away. It was a perfect area for families and there were many bicycle trails and many people using them. Lastly, communication with the host, check in and check out procedures were all flawless.

Clean, Nicely Appointed HHI Condo

This Comfy Island House Villa was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a HHI vacation, including chairs, towels, coolers and toys for the beach. The large pool was clean and just steps away from our back patio. Our own table and chairs were on the patio with charcoal grills nearby. I love the Coligny area of HHI. I would have preferred to be on the ocean side of South Forest Beach Drive. The walk to Coligny Plaza and the public access area to the beach was a longer walk than I expected. However, during our stay, we learned of available modes of transportation, eg. the Breeze Trolley Service (free), golf carts and, of course, bikes. Lots of bikes! Our host, Milan, was very responsive both before our arrival and during. One issue...upon checking in, we heard loud thumping noises and felt the vibration. The noise was distracting and disturbing for us and our dog. Upon further investigation, we discovered a construction crew was demolitioning the unit above ours. I immediately contacted Milan who quickly responded and followed up with the Homeowners Assoc. Unfortunately, the construction continued throughout the week but the noise lessened. Overall, it was an enjoyable vacation in paradise.
