This is a beautiful home, in great condition with an amazing view in a superb location.However I was very disappointed that compared to all the other homes I've rented in the past, this house had a completely empty pantry (not even salt & pepper), the grill was OK, but when we went to cook, we found out that it had no grilling implements and an empty tank of gas (after I called, they brought some over the next day, but unfortunately it was too late to be useful). I very much appreciated that they host brought over a great bottle of wine for us to make up for the inconvenience.Also, I had asked for the pool and the spa to be heated (paid extra for it) but when we arrive the pool was cold and the spa would not turn on. I did appreciate that when I brought this up to the management company, they refunded the associated cost.Despite the couple of misses, this is a great house that we would return to.

June 2021 Stay

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house - it fit our family perfectly. The lower rating on the property is the result of lack of elevator and lack of hot water and pressure in two of the baths on the main floor. I would still recommend the property assuming these issues are addressed.

Lovely large home on the beach. Wonderful response to issues we needed to have resolved. Elevator did not work the entire week, which was a problem for us older folks.

September 2018 Stay

We were the first Family to rent 10 Junket back in 2003 when it was built. Our Dad brought us here many times. He recently passed and we celebrated his life there the first week of September which would have been his 88th Birthday. There were lots of tears, laughter and memories and wonderful new memories made during our stay. We can’t imagine a better place than 10 Junket on HHI. Looking forward to making more memories there in the future!
