The first thing you see when you walk through the door is the gorgeous views of the Atlantic! The entire living space is surrounded by windows, everywhere you look you see the water. The living room, which includes a sleeper sofa and TV, flows seamlessly into the dining room, seating 6-8 people. Just off the dining room is the perfect sitting area for your morning coffee with 2 swivels chairs, perfect for chatting with the people in the kitchen or turning to take in the morning sun. From this main living space there are 3 accesses onto the large wrap around porch. Sliders from the living and dining room lead you to a spacious screened in porch. The slider from the kitchen area will take you directly to the outside porch.

The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops and cabinets stocked with all your cooking needs, with seating for 2 at the bar. The large walk in laundry room is just off the kitchen.

The first guest bedroom is just off the kitchen. This room features a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower tub combo. This room also has a sliding glass door leading out to the large balcony and ocean views. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the condo. The second guest bedroom has two twins, TV, large picture windows looking out to the ocean and a shared hall bath with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, sliding glass door to a private balcony, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub.
